Humble living for a reasonable price, stunning surroundings, literally not even a minute walk from the beach & only a 5 minute drive from shops & places to eat

We have stayed at one of Adam and Sarah's properties before. This was a new location for us but is now our favorite. The property was so well laid out. There are 4 units but we felt like we had quite a bit of privacy. The beach and the snorkeling was top notch. Could see a dozen varieties of fish or more in waist deep water. We highly recommend this place and hope to return.

Me and Ricky could I’ve never asked for a better host Jules and Kt treated us like family , had a bbq with us and the other guests and almost planned an impromptu wedding! Now don’t get me started on the accommodation, and tours they do around the island, this Airbnb was so homely, and close enough to everything weather your walking or get a scooter. We will definitely be back in a couple of years! Or maybe sooner 👀 Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you for having us❤️ See you guys soon!

We had the most amazing time in Rarotonga, Nev was an awesome host, everything was just as it says clean, private & peaceful. Very relaxing lots reading material, the tropical fruit breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect for the best snorkeling/swimming beach & other amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts Jean Mark & Mere were wonderful , always there to answer any questions. The accommodation has good facilities, especially the use of a washing machine. There is an undercover area for hanging out clothes which is very useful. The accommodation is in a good location, close to shops & snorkelling. We hired a car in walking distance from the accommodation at quite reasonable rates. We then could explore all the island & not worry if it rained. It helped us to get to tours on time. Our progressive dinner tour did provide transport & is highly recommended.

One of the best airbnb stays I've ever had. Tere and family made me feel welcome immediately, and are absolutely fantastic hosts. They gave me great recommendations on where to find good food, the convenience store that's open late, and best things to see and do. The penthouse is cozy and clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are stunning. Enjoy the sunsets from the balcony or the beach, which is a literal stone's throw away. Don't overthink this one. I'd happily stay in the penthouse again, or one of their villas. Meitaki ma'ata, thank you all for an amazing holiday!

Sue was a phenomenal host who went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. Beautiful views of the beach and the sunrise can be enjoyed in the communal space. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed a week in this apartment and we loved it! Spacious, clean, quiet, great location, and outstanding hosts! The apartment has eveything you need to fix a meal, visit the beach, clean up afterwards, and enjoy your vacation. The building is really nice and well maintained. The location is great: easy access to the incredible beach right across the street; bus stop right out front; and convenience store and coffee cart a couple of doors down. We enjoyed yoga and leisurely mornings on the very spacious front porch with peek-a-boo view of the ocean. We had a great meal and live entertainment one night in the hotel across the street. The hosts live upstairs and are kind, incredibly generous, and now friends! I highly recommend Aito, and we hope to make our way back to visit the place and people again.

Lynette/Fiona were very accomodating when one of us arrived earlier and got her time zones mixed up and needed an extra night before our booking date. They were super responsive and helpful and let us check in before and settle up later. Saved our trip! The dogs “Rocky” & “BlackBerry” walked us to the bus stop on the last day to say goodbye! Very sweet pups and great location. Thanks for a fantastic holiday!

We came for a week with our daughters and had a lovely stay. The backyard was great to play in and the beach right there amazing for hunting for shells, coral and hermit crabs. Seeing whales from the deck each day was amazing too!

Julie and I would like to thank Lotu from the moment I booked the communication was first rate . The property was perfect for the two of us and was exactly as described and only had to walk out the back door to be on the Lagoon The fruit basket coffee tea even milk in the fridge was appreciated Also a big thankyou to Sala who called in regularly to see if we needed anything We couldnt have been any happier and didnt want to leave after our 4 week stay Once again Thankyou. I had a great experience at this location, walking distance to the beach but tucked away in a quiet street with all you need in a private spacious unit. In addition there are provided snorkeling and reef shoes etc to use. Lovely linen, spacious and comfy. Highly recommend

Carlos was a wonderful communicator. Roberto welcomed us so beautifully. Such lovely attention to detail with little flowers everywhere and a welcome card. The kitchen is great. The garden is spectacular. Lots of dvds for the rainy days. Very peaceful. We had my husband and I and our 24 year old daughter, and for us it was a little tiny, as where my daughter’s bed was, it was a little warm; but if it had just been my husband and I it would have been perfect. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home below your own home.
