The property is Right next to the tea estate, amazingly maintained, beautifully kept the European essence. Best for family of 5-7 members. They have huge balcony, spacious rooms, decent kitchen/study/living space. Overall Loved the support and hospitality. Nishant is a gem… he really went out of the way to help us. Note- google Maps doesn’t work accurately here, do not follow Gmaps… I strongly recommend to stay in constant touch with host while coming here.

Its a calm and serene place to stay..weather felt really nice..in the morning the views are breath taking..natural pool was great to have some fun time..farm visit was adventurous..such a positive and welcoming host she is..breakfast they provided was yumm..the stay felt right at home..

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

We had a wonderful time at this homestay. The house had such a good feeling about it, and we really enjoyed being there. Jason and his mother Daisy had been wonderful. Although Daisy is a quiet person she receives her guests with a great smile and there was a good interaction. Please ask if you need something. The property is impeccable with beautiful and calming view right from your window every morning. The sort of off-roading towards the property makes your stay even better. Our caretaker Laiju was very kind and accommodated everything we wanted. The host Milen was super helpful right from the day we booked this property, he was always available for any query of ours and gave us right guidance on the directions before we got to the property. The place is pet friendly as-well and my dog enjoyed the environment as much as we could. Overall the place is a steal deal.
