Vacation rentals with breakfast in Rankin County

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at the Mulberry Tree, an extraordinary airbnb that embodies sustainability and creativity. The moment e stepped inside, we were struck by the unique charm that only reclaimed materials can offer. This home is a testament to thoughtful design and a celebration of eco-friendliness. It makes you feel the love of the people who put it all together, a community wanting to make the most of what they have. Every corner tells a story. Each items is beautifully curated making it feel like a welcoming sanctuary. Nia was sam and welcoming and went above and beyond. Staying at the Mulberry Tree felt like an experience in humanity at its finest, coming together, taking something worn and bringing it back to life through love. It made us feel like we were part of something special just by being there. We left rejuvenated, inspired and eager to do something to impact our world, the way Nia and her comminuted have done.

My husband enjoyed his stay at Rachel's for a week long work trip at Jackson State University. The place was perfect for two work colleagues with totally separate bedrooms & bathrooms on each floor. The design of the space was great with vaulted ceilings and open living room. Really appreciate how clean and cared for Rachel's place is. Will definitely book again! Thank you so much, Rachl!

Perfect for our needs. Amazing attention to detail - hostess provided all the necessities and things we didn't even know we needed. Exceptionally clean. The one question we had before booking was answered immediately.

Charming older home, decorated nicely and very comfortable/accommodating for our needs (in town for a wedding and also a graduation). Unfortunately, due to a terrible storm halfway through our stay, we lost power. Many homes and locations throughout the city were without power. Addy was wonderful; she offered another property to us, so we were able to move into a 3 bedroom home nearby that thankfully did have power (also a wonderful charming home). Saved the remainder of our trip!! Awesome friendly owners, and so quick to respond. Thanks so much Kevin and Addy!!

We travel to Jackson twice a year. We may have found our favorite Airbnb in the Jackson area. The location is central to everything we needed to do. The home was clean and quiet and the living area was spacious. While I don’t typically work on my trips to Jackson, I had to on this trip and the WiFi was adequate for my working remotely! The kitchen and bath are stocked with all the basics including bottles of environmentally friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash, coffee, cooking oil, snacks, tea and pancakes & syrup!!

Rachel was amazing. I loved the vibe,hip and super private perks about her place. An accidental face to face clarified my feelings about her as well. She is an animal lover,LGBTQ friendly and the epitome of genuine southern hospitality goodness. I would stay here again and knowing her place is pet friendly I will bring my furbaby next time. A family medical emergency was the reason I booked. Now I am assured I can stay here again without worries about the safety of the area,easy drive to the hospital and close to great food and local music scene. As a medical professional I give 5 stars. As an aspiring musician I give 5 stars and as pet owner and seasoned traveler I give 5 stars. Thanks again Rachel.

I could not recommend this home more! Rachel thought of absolutely everything, and even included snacks upon my arrival. The only maintenance request I had was taken care of within 24 hours and at no inconvenience to me. I often walked to the coffee shop on the main street a mile away where there were plenty of other restaurants and bars too. I would definitely stay again when in the Jackson area!

Rachel was very responsive and reached out proactively to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The bed is the most comfy I've ever slept in away from home!

great place to stay. quiet neighborhood. the kitchen has everything you need. washer and dryer works. Internet is decent as well. Rachel is friendly and will respond back quick.

The location was great, with easy access to the grocery store and airport, which made everything so convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home.
