Vacation rentals with a patio in Rangitikei River

Even if I tried to get a perfect place for a two month stay at Palmy, I wouldn't get something as grand as this. Great home and lovely hosts/neighbors.

My nephew and partner from Sydney stayed at the home when visiting for granddad's 90th birthday, used to city hustle and bustle they found the home very relaxing and got to see the cows.

Amazing stay, host always responded right away, her partner was also very friendly. Apartment was very cosy and we felt right at home with everything you could want! Thanks again 😀

Ken was quick to reply to initial request to book and very prompt to respond to communication during our stay. Lovely accommodation in peaceful neighbourhood with access to everything you might need & great riverside walking, we’d have booked for longer if we’d known!

This was a great place for our short visit to Palmerston Nth. It was comfortable & had all the facilities we needed.

Myself and my family stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. The balcony was a great space for us to chill out. It’s really close to town so it was easy to find everything we needed. Rachel was a great host - any issues were sorted asap, thanks for having us Rachel. I would definitely book this home again.

An amazing place to stay in Whanganui - we loved everything about the house and is so close to the city centre it makes getting around a breeze.

The cottage was a fabulous relaxing space and the Spa was a treat. Everything was thought of and the beds were comfortable. The towels were Devine, very luxurious… it’s very private and quiet and I was able to unwind. The fireplace is perfect… All up it was perfect. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you 🙏

The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 3’s needs. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would reconsider if we were to visit again. Property managers were responsive, helpful and gracious. One minor issue - we felt that ‘there were too many rules’ - this didn’t take away from our overall strongly positive impression, however. Walkable distance to the town and good options for meals - The Cypress Tree and Osteria Ohakune were excellent.

A great place for friends to spend time together. A gorgeous historically authentic house with plenty of space for everyone to be together, or, to go off to one of many nooks and chill out. Very caring responsive hosts.

Lovely spot just minutes from town. Total privacy with spectacular views of the mountain. Spacious grounds with pastoral views out of all windows. Grand entertainment sized great room with large kitchen, dining area and living room all in one. Bedrooms were well laid out with super comfy beds and linens. Very well taken care of house and property. Communication was super easy, first place on our road trip, pretty high benchmark for the rest. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Thanks Bridget!

We had an awesome stay at Karen's place! Beautiful home with lots of space and a nice deck overlooking a peaceful forested area. It had everything we needed, including a high chair for our baby. Conveniently located just a short drive to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!
