Rosie's Palmy Penthouse was perfect for our stay - very central and easy to walk to many locations. Nice, clean comfortable big bed with private patio so easy to have window or door open during the balmy nights. Can recommend for the convenience of being so close to town - would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay and Karin really takes care of you. Very welcoming and would love to go back.

Staying at this wee hideaway was an experience that my family and I are truly grateful for. We were met with a beautiful personalised letter, and homestead bread, yogurt and a warm conscious space. We enjoyed the intimate space and loved the range of games and books that we could all enjoy as a family. Will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

While only staying for one night, it was exactly what I was after; a very clean, very comfortable space with good privacy, away from road noise. Everything needed was available and it made the stay relaxing. The large windows face away from any other buildings and gave a feeling of space, as well as a lovely evening view of the late sun across the long, golden grass. A very pleasant stay and I'd be happy to return!

This place is cools guys nice little unit clean & tidy, ideal for 2 . Easy access host was easy to communicate with, hope to book again sometime soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ken was quick to reply to initial request to book and very prompt to respond to communication during our stay. Lovely accommodation in peaceful neighbourhood with access to everything you might need & great riverside walking, we’d have booked for longer if we’d known!

Gail and Paul were fantastic hosts. I felt right at home for my extended stay in Palmerston. The place had everything I needed, was close to everything and was laid out well. Gail and Paul are both very friendly and were responsive with whatever I needed. I highly recommend staying with them.

Good place to stay good space quite neighbourhood

Fabulous location! Handy to all the local amenities and attractions that Foxton Beach has to offer. Our family enjoyed the ease with which we could walk to the estuary and bike park, head down to the beach, or into town if needed. The bach was nicely laid out, tidy, looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed and more to enjoy a beach holiday. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Great place to stay, exactly as advertised and close to the beach. Miranda was very helpful and friendly. House is equipped well and comfortable for the 5 of us (4 adults 1 child)

The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 3’s needs. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would reconsider if we were to visit again. Property managers were responsive, helpful and gracious. One minor issue - we felt that ‘there were too many rules’ - this didn’t take away from our overall strongly positive impression, however. Walkable distance to the town and good options for meals - The Cypress Tree and Osteria Ohakune were excellent.

Awesome. A place with the wow factor that's also comfortable and spacious. We were a couple looking for a special weekend away, and this fit the bill. We would also come here with friends and family... there's plenty of room for lots of people. Peter was a great host and made the whole experience easy.
