I had an opportunity to stay at Poonam's Airbnb for 2N & would have rated it “a perfect abode” had I not had the location constraints or had a vehicle of my own? In terms of location, Badangpet falls under RR district i.e only 20 kms from the airport but slightly on the exteriors/far-off from main Hyd. Accessibility by Uber/Ola is good but @considerably high cost of commute. Coming to Property, it features 2 cozy bedrooms; I opted to use one with AC. Bathrooms: spotlessly clean. Kitchen: equipped with essential appliances & utensils. Interiors: +vibes & welcoming feeling. ++: Projector with AV system that can be a retreat for entertainment seekers. Sunil Ji, our host, live nearby with his family that gives a feeling of safety. Plus he’s a wonderful person who is ever attentive to guests needs. Even though they do not need to do it for financial reasons but it is their humility & kindness that makes this place a wonderful space.

I liked the place. It can accommodates big family. Full ventilation and peaceful place.

A very responsive and polite host I have ever seen. The place is so nice and clean, suits for every individual as it is beside to the forest nearby and the perfect place to escape from all our busy lives. Also it is budget friendly with a big and clear water pool. Also the host surprised us with a welcoming cake which makes everyone feel good. Thanks for the hospitality and care given by the Host.

I recently visited the farmhouse for the second time, and once again, it did not disappoint! The place is perfect for a getaway with friends. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool, where we spent hours cooling off and having fun. The pool area is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the day. What added to the comfort of our stay was the air-conditioned rooms. After a day of swimming and activities, the cool, comfortable rooms provided a perfect atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring that we could relax in comfort. Overall, this farmhouse is a great escape with excellent facilities. Whether it’s for a fun day by the pool or a peaceful, restful night, I’d highly recommend it for a weekend retreat with friends. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

everything is well placed n all just need few signs to reach place from road

Sai was a very friendly and respectful host. The place was very clean and tidy, all the things are in good condition . Nice surroundings full of greenery and also it was very near to the restaurants and malls.

I had a weekend getaway with friends, and the best part is that pets were allowed here. the only thing I was not okay with was that the caretaker was with us. I mea inside the property all the while. I had to ask him to sit outside. We felt a little uncomfortable while we were in the pool. he sat outside for a while, and then he was back. but the good part of him being there always was getting every service as soon as we asked for. food was bought by them from nearby restaurants, which were good enough in taste. the property is very beautiful and it's perfect for 8-10. music system and tv were fine. music system could be a little better. The whole property was very clean and hygienic, and most importantly, it was very well maintained. interiors were perfect. Overall, we had a good experience. thanks, christie, laxman, and Rahul for the service.

Varun's place was exactly what we were looking for our night out. Everything was in place and we loved it. Vikash the care taker was also really helpful and was able to fuflil all our needs, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a day or two with their friends or family.

A great secluded and peaceful place. Might find a little difficult to reach ( only because of the road condition) and a little far away from city. Apart from that , the pool is clean and big for adults , the interiors are well maintained, clean and good lighting. All necessary amenities available. Had a good party with friends.

My husband, our two dogs, and I stayed at Rama's place for a night during our drive back from Madhya Pradesh to Bangalore. From the moment we arrived, we found both the place and the host to be incredibly welcoming. Rama was proactive in communicating with us throughout our stay. He kindly guided us personally for the last kilometre to the destination. There was construction on the road, and he anticipated that we might encounter some difficulties, so he waited for us by the roadside to help navigate. The house features a beautiful lawn where my dogs loved running around. The kitchen was equipped with basic amenities and even had instant noodles available, which was thoughtful since we checked in a bit later in the evening. We would definitely consider rebooking if we ever pass through the area again and need a place to stay for the night.
