Vacation rentals with a beach view in Randwick City Council

Jo was super kind and helpful and put start was wonderful. The location on spot road was tricky but Jo helped explain how to navigate it, so it was manageable. The place was slightly smaller than we expected but Jo was okay with us making the space our own to make it work. All in all it was a lovely stay.

Great place, great location, and great host. Great for a family. They were very responsive and great hosts. Walkable to beach and train. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location close to great shopping and restaurants. All of the set amenities were available and having private parking was a great addition to our stay that allowed us to get to the beach and bay fairly easy.

Gary was the perfect host and his place is the perfect escape. elevated with the most stunning view of The Basin, if anyone is looking for a city escape, this place is the perfect option.

Roslyn's beach house was perfect for our family of 5. We've stayed in Manly a few times before but this house met the changing needs of our kids (17, 13, 11) (who each had a separate bedroom and had living space to relax) and the location was perfect in terms of distance to beach (1 block away and our kids enjoy surfing and swimming) and shops (2 short blocks away). Overall, we would thoroughly recommend this place for any family wishing to stay in Manly. We would love to come back.

Great spot, cute little studio with all thing you need. Perfect spot solo traveler as so easy to walk to beach and bus stop right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful place. The balcony has a great view over the bay, the private room is very sweet and comfortable and the private bath is spacious. We felt like home! Also we enjoyed the talks with Cheryl and Darryl a lot! We would definitely come here again! One morning a Kookubarra joined is for breakfast on the balkony :)

Stunning view and everything you would want in a summer vacay stay on the northern beaches. The views, are STUNNING both during the day and night and it's super relaxing and has beautifully appointed interiors. The garage access is right at the door step of the entrance (I managed to squeeze in a 4WD) and being on the top floor meant no noise from the neighbours above your floor. Speaking of neighbours,...they are the friendliest Aussies you'll meet. Thank you Julie for going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and relaxing.

We had a very pleasant stay at Avalon horizons over the course of five days. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. It was very relaxing and the sight of the shore was beautiful. Absolutely loved the pool as well! Jack and Di were very welcoming and helpful and made sure we enjoyed our holiday! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach holiday.

Not only was the place exactly what we hoped for and in a great location, but it has a wonderful energy that felt comforting and uplifting. The host is super friendly and helpful and we totally recommend the place as a special spot to enjoy the very best of Bondi.
