We adored our stay at this cottage. It was a lovely and welcoming space and was so convenient to the zoo and otehr activities. Our girls met a new friend (the next door cat who they named Muffin) and teh neighbor was nice enough to let them come over and say hi. If we're in teh area again, I would 100% book this cottage again.

Great private stay in a beautiful woodland setting. Peaceful and exactly what I needed! Lots of books too which was a nice plus. Will absolutely stay here again next time in asheboro! It was close to the zoo too, less than 15 minutes.

Nice place was clean and comfortable. It was close enough to food and shopping that running out to grab was fast and convenient, but off away enough you could sit on the balcony and enjoy some quiet. we will stay here again when in the area.

Eric and Suzanne’s place is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious with lots of living areas to spread out in. I loved spending time on the sun porch with all the natural light and my kids loved the play room and the bunk beds. It was very close to the zoo and restaurants, which was perfect. We will be back next time we are visiting!

As a family of 6, we’ve stayed at many vacation properties. I would say this one is definitely in our top!! I am a bit picky when it comes to cleanliness and this home was squeaky clean! Every linen smelled fresh, every corner and window seal was clean. The place was also wonderfully stocked. Dianne’s place is honestly picture-perfect. She poured her heart into this and it shows. The photos don’t even do it justice. This host has thought of everything! Everywhere you turn, there’s a nice little surprise — from the towel warmer to the epsom salts, to the complimentary s’mores, and all the ambient lighting! We loved every aspect of our stay here and so did our kids. They especially enjoyed the yard. We will stay again. This is truly a hidden gem! Thank you!

Great location to downtown. Beautifully decorated! I wanted to bring all the furnishings home with me! So well appointed and comfortable. There is a good bit of restaurant noise and parking was challenging but those were minor inconveniences. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay. Our two little boys loved the farm and the fenced in yard was perfect for letting them explore safely. Great for a quiet couples getaway or small family vacation. Short thirty minute drive to the Asheboro Zoo through rolling hills and beautiful farmland. Shannon and her family are great and are very responsive. We definitely look forward to staying again.

Rachael’s home was lovely, cozy, and clean. It was the first time we traveled with our two young children to a non-family member’s home, and she welcomed our young family with open arms. She had all the kid essentials too—high chair/booster seat, toys, bath toys, pack n play, noise machine—which made packing and traveling so much easier. We will be recommending her place to all of our friends who are looking for somewhere to stay for their zoo adventure.

Diane and her husband‘s Airbnb was a wonderful respite. Their attention to detail with the fully stocked kitchen, night lights, comfortable blankets, rugs in all the right places, made it feel so comfortable and homey. A wonderful combination of modern and rustic. The beautiful open skies with sunrise in the front of the house and the sunset in the back. Being able to take a walk on the gravel driveway was good for my soul. The hosts were attentive and responsive to any needs we had and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The kitchen presents a bright and functional area featuring white cabinetry and modern appliances. A microwave and an oven are visible, while a window allows natural light to illuminate the space. Clean, neutral tones contribute to a welcoming environment ideal for meal preparation.

This property has all the Southern Charm one could ever hope for. Beautiful and very comfortable house, charming animals and decorations, extremely friendly owners who are always willing to help. It is very easy to feel like this is home - and it's even hard to go back home afterwards. I know we could get used to thr landscape and to those cute and sweet cats. Great place to go with family and friends, and lots of entertainment options for toddlers and kids. We cannot wait to go back again in a near future!
