We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Andrés garden apartment. Communication with Andrés was straightforward and he always replied promptly. The place is very easy to find, has self check-in and ample off street parking. The apartment was clutter-free, spotlessly clean and toasty warm on arrival. It was our first visit to Aflenz and we loved the charm of the village and the rugged beauty of the surrounding mountains. Although there was not much snow this year we managed a short skitour by taking the chairlift up to the Aflenz Bergalm and then skinned up to Schönleitenhaus. We also had an enjoyable day skiing at Brunnalm and the nearby Turnau skifield (which probably had the best snow). Overall we are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrés place and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to be able to return later in the summer and explore a bit more of the beautiful Hochschwab region!

Our first time heating with a pellet stove worked great after the familiarization phase. We found the apartment very tasteful and nicely furnished. We felt comfortable and will be happy to come back another time.

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed: the house is spectacular and a great place to rest and unwind. The lake and the forests nearby as well as the large meadow surrounding the house make it feel like you are alone in nature, yet you have all the luxury of the house including the jacuzzi and the sauna. We also had a dog with us and for her it was really a paradise- great place to run around and explore. Marco is also a very friendly and easygoing host. Thank you and we hope to be back again!

The stay was really fantastic! Just like we imagined. Stefan greeted us personally upon arrival, explained the whole place to us and gave tips for the region. He was very accommodating and the hospitality was great! The stay could not be nicer, full relaxation in the hot tub, on the sun loungers or in the lovingly furnished chalet. What we particularly liked is how secluded the place is. In the immediate vicinity there are no houses, so perfect for a relaxing and restful weekend! We will be happy to come back!

We spent 7 days around New Year at Silvia's place. Apartment is comfortable size for 2-3 people. It has one room, bathroom and fenced outdoor area which was great because we visited with our dog. Merbisch is very quiet in the winter so there is not much but it is close ride to Vienna and Bratislava so day trips are a great option. Silvia was a great host, respected our privacy but was always available if needed. I would highly recommend her plaće.

It was perfect and beautiful for our 3-person girls' trip. We spent our time puzzling, listening to music, watching movies, sitting in the Jacuzzi and enjoying and photographing nature. In real life, the place looks 100x nicer than in the photos. I don't even to talk about nature and the surroundings - for amateur photographers a 10/10. I took such beautiful photos with my new camera! The heating had failed (?) and Loredana immediately organized a heating technician who fixed it the next day. We will definitely be back!

We went skiing for a holiday and looked for a place to stay the night. We found the perfect opportunity. The apartment is big and has everything we need, especially a garage so you don't have to park on the street. The host always responds within minutes, and the apartment's price is much cheaper than other accommodations.

We stayed as a group of three in the accommodation and found it perfect for a group - in our case, everyone even had their own room! If you want to cook 'at home,' you also have a superbly equipped kitchen and, especially in warm weather, you can sit very comfortably in the courtyard. Only in bad weather could I imagine that a cozy lounge is missing (sofa is at the edge in the kitchen). Otherwise everything is fine!

We had an amazing stay! — the place had everything we could wish for: The view was absolutely stunning, with beautiful hiking trails, some starting just outside the front door. It’s a perfect spot if you're looking for peace and quiet away from the busy city. The house was spotless, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. Our host, Manfred, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!!

Had a wonderful stay in Graz. There was lots to do in the area, and the location is quite close and easy to walk to and from the train station. Great location by the park. Clean and spacious with an outdoor garden area. Designed in a minimalist way. Had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances, incl. coffeemaker and dishwasher. They even offered a bike, which we didn't end up using but we thought it was a nice touch. Also it rained a lot during our stay so we were very thankful for the provided umbrellas!

We were in Graz for a family celebration over Easter. Had our little dog with us. The apartment is perfect for two people (even with a dog):) Everything you needed was there. Quiet location. We had our bikes with us and were so very flexible and very grateful that we could use the parking space for our car at the house! We would definitely recommend the apartment. Even without a bike, you are well connected on foot or publicly. It was a wonderful weekend. Glad to come back! Thanks Bernhard

We had a wonderful vacation. The house and the communication with Roland and Rali were very friendly and we felt really welcome. You really rarely experience so much hospitality. The house is very nice and we already miss the stove. The area is charming, a perfect family vacation. We will remember the days very fondly. Many thanks to Roland and Ralitza. Our vacation was just great! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a very nice location. The service was first-class – always friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Special thanks and greetings to Katharina's parents. The communal barbecue was a nice communal exchange. Without asking, we received an extra room due to our group size. Thus, everyone had their own bed and some privacy. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The combination of comfort, service and the beautiful surroundings made this vacation a very nice experience. A clear recommendation, also as a group!

I cannot fault this lovely chalet, it was the perfect accommodation for our three night stay in Austria. The house is equipped with everything you need and included a complimentary cereal bar, homemade jams, biscuits and soft drinks which was such a lovely addition to the stay. The views over the countryside are spectacular and the children enjoyed playing in the garden and on the trampoline. Larissa was so kind and welcoming during our stay. I would highly recommend and would love to go back.
