Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Raiatea

We had an amazing 3-night stay with Nicolas & Honey. The house is beautifully decorated and cozy, with plenty of relaxing spots like hammocks and beach chairs. The private beach is just steps away, and the view of the water from the kitchen and back porch was incredible. The property felt very secluded and peaceful, with friendly dogs and well-kept grounds. A huge plus was the A/C — not common everywhere and made for super comfortable nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made things easy since there aren’t many dining options on the island. Laundry was also convenient. Nicolas was an awesome host — he offered to take us snorkeling on his boat and gave us a tour of his nearby vanilla farm. Both he and Honey were welcoming, kind, and respectful of our space. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back if we get the chance!

Our hostess was wonderful! Kind, responsive, a Tahitian goddess who took the time to show us how to properly tie a pareo. The view was absolutely incredible, the peacefulness was wonderful and she was just so kind and helpful. You will not go wrong with this place. Highly recommend!!!

Idyllic location, quiet and very close to the city. Charming welcome. The private dock is a real plus, what a pleasure to swim among the fish. We really had a very pleasant stay with a special mention for Sam the cat, so sweet and so cuddly.

We loved our stay with Cathy. The house is very nice. Time was not on our side so we couldn't kayak to the motu proposed by our host. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The garden, terrace and dock are very well appointed. The house is well secured. The many trailers and shops are nearby. In the evening, rays and black spotted sharks (harmless) pass in front of the bungalow. A real show!!! In short, nothing but compliments about this place and this hostess.

Superb stay, beautiful location, very beautiful farm, perfectly equipped, the owners who live next door are adorable. A stone's throw from the Fish and Blue restaurant, incredible spot for sunsets :) Car rental with Up & Go impeccable, great excursion to Taha'a with Flo and Teva, fishing trip with Kenzo from Catch and Cook, everything contributed to a dream stay.

We had a very nice stay here. We had difficulty at first trying to find it, but Shisbe was very responsive with clear instructions and photos of how to get to the rental. The accommodation comfortably hosted our group of 7. Beautiful view from the porch. Mosquitoes and bugs are common here but we were very glad that most of the beds came with netting. It is also quite warm here (no AC) but the fans that were provided helped. Overall, we had a positive experience and would stay here again.

This place was wonderful. Well stocked and well laid out. Very relaxing and the pool made for quick cool-offs in the warm weather. Having AC in all the bedrooms made sleeping a pleasure. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting the island!

Gérards studios are an amazing location, easy to walk to town. And with him providing a free shuttle to the beach! What more could you ask for. My only complaint is the walls are super thin, and can hear the people in the studios next to you. Overall amazing house, host, location, etc. I would come back again!

New apartment well equipped and very well located to enjoy bora bora. We'll be back with pleasure because everything is fine!

We only stayed there for a night. It was difficult to find an open restaurant around the area since it was a Sunday, but the host was very nice. Our previous hotel dropped us at the wrong location, she was nice enough to drive 30mins to pick us up and have her colleague to drop us off at the Air Tahiti ferry at 6:15am.

Our stay went very well in the apartment: there were nice touches (beautiful bouquet on the table, fruit cuts, monoi) Everything is very close: Quai de Vaitape and lots of other shops. Thank you so much for our first time in Bora Bora!

Very nice all furnished small apartment close to the downtown. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The apartment itself does’nt have the view on the water or the pool. But you have very easy access to it. Loved the pool and the view. Thank you !

We had a small issue upon arrival. The floor of the accommodation is simply cleaned with a broom. No mop, so the floor was stained. Very functional accommodation, nice view of the lagoon. Thanks to Tasha for her kindness and responsiveness following the problems encountered in the apartment.

Communication was excellent. We arrived by flight, had a rental car and took the quick 5 min drive over. Sam was there, who lives on the property. He got us situated, even offered to let us borrow the kayak to go out into the lagoon, and found some snorkels for us to use! We had a nice short stay in Bora Bora, and everything was so close. My wife wasn't feeling well and we had an afternoon flight out, and with rain all day, there wasn't much for us to do, so with a flexible check-out we were able to let her rest and I took the kids down the road to the yellow food truck Kai Kai. Thank you for a great stay!
