We had such a wonderful stay at Paul & Annamarie's peaceful rustic country Airbnb. We felt very welcome and at home in the space, and thoroughly enjoyed the company of their super friendly cats! The breakfast provided was wonderful with plenty to choose from. Highly recommended for a relaxing trip to Hamilton. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay at Martin’s place. Martin was there to greet us when we arrived, easy to chat with and gave us a quick and thorough rundown on the place, then left us to it. A modern, fresh, clean and comfortable space with everything we needed and more. A lovely outlook and very quiet. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go and great to be able to park on the property. Would gladly stay again. Thanks Martin!

Nice comfy bedroom, bathroom was clean, and we really appreciated having a fridge in the room. We also used the common room to cook and eat which was very convenient. It looks a little like a motel or a backpackers, nothing fancy but great for the price.

Bruce and Pauline were absolute gems. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home — even showing us around their beautiful property, introducing us to their sheep and ducks, and letting us help with feeding time. The location was breathtaking, perfectly peaceful yet close to Raglan, a town so amazing my girlfriend and I actually started talking about moving there. Bruce and Pauline’s kindness and warmth made this stay unforgettable. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had.

This place was excellent and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. The accommodation is modern, clean, has everything you could need for self-catering, with lovely toiletries. We booked last minute and the host was very accommodating. Thank you!

Another lovely stay at Adrienne’s. Her place is spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed and the pool was so nice as the weekend was very hot and sunny. It’s a peaceful spot and has everything you need plus a few extras. This is definitely our favourite place to stay in the Hamilton area and we will be back.

Awesome stay, the house was in a great location, close to town, really nice view from the house. Clean and comfortable. Sam was quick with all communication and was a really nice guy. The price is an absolute steal for this place. would highly recommend.

Everything at this property was beautiful! The bed was comfortable & everything was incredibly clean. Details such as coffee, milk, & light breakfast were appreciated. The host even left a special treat for us. The property had its own unique charm….with artwork, well maintained living plants, and an exceptional private backyard space—that was perfect to relax & unwind from a busy day. Lake Rotoroa was easily walkable, but walk to city center/riverwalk/reataurants was about 30 minutes by foot. Overall, would highly recommend staying here! We hope to return again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Marlee’s place. Her guest suite was so cozy and quaint in a beautiful setting. It was the perfect contrast after a hotel stay in the city. There were so many thoughtful touches like extra snacks, a nice breakfast spread, and homemade kombucha! Maree was friendly and communicative. The location was close to town, Hobbiton movie set and Waitomo caves. I would highly recommend Maree’s place to anyone visiting the area.

This was our second stay with Brett and Rachel, and we actively sought out their Airbnb again for our stay in the Waikato. Brett and Rachel are wonderful hosts, making you feel welcome and right at home. The room is nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The goody bag was a beautiful touch and contained very useful items of a high quality. Our second stay with Brett and Rachel didn't disappoint and I can confidentiality recommend their property for anyone wanting a relaxing stay in the Cambridge area.

It was a great stay experience. The house is very beautiful, the rooms are clean, tidy and extremely warm and comfortable. And it's quite easy to find.

We loved our night at Melissa and Charlie’s barn house. Very clean and comfortable. Coming from Auckland we had the country experience we were looking for including the beautiful pigs and roosters. We would highly recommend

We've stayed at few Airbnb places both in the north and south and this was by far THE best place we have stayed at, hands down - hats off! The home that Lisa and her partner have created is a dream home and could not have come at a better time for our family - a special occasion became even more special. My mom said this stay will remain in her memory, a mark of how impressive we felt looking at the arrangements. The level of attention to detail - right down to our type of power adapter and cleanliness is something we just cannot miss mentioning that each of us felt throughout our stay. House rules and comms taken care to last T. For us, these things triumph over small quirks of it being aged home that Lisa mentions in the description. As former Hamiltonians and as noted to Lisa personally, we are certain we are staying at hers again and cannot thank the hosts enough for their graciousness in offering such a comfortable stay. Another enjoyable stay. Love the hospitality, flexibility and communication. This was our second stay and have rebooked again for Jan2026. Highly recommend this place to stay. Suits all our needs and close to amenities however the hospitality is so great that the small essentials are already provided which helps if you arrive late in the night. We enjoyed our stay at Stephen's unit. It was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Close to a local shop for food, and a short drive from Hamilton Gardens. Stephen was friendly and greeted us on arrival. We would be happy to stay again.

Cathy was a wonderful host. She looked after us well with lots of extra friendly touches, such as local recommendations and even fresh baking! The apartment was clean and welcoming and Cathy made sure we had fresh clean linens during our stay. We had a wonderful time staying g with Cathy and particularly enjoyed being able to walk into Hamilton along the river which we wouldn’t have known about if Cathy hadn’t told us how to find the route.
