The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!

Cirla's apartment is beautiful! Much more than what can be seen in the photos. Plus, everything is spotlessly clean, and has all the comforts of being at home. As if this were not enough, Cirla is a luxury host. Always attentive to every detail and the needs of the guests. Respond to each inquiry quickly, are understanding, and flexible about every order. I 100% recommend his apartment and especially value his human quality, which is the most important thing and the main thing one needs to feel at ease. We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment, spacious and beautiful. Great location just 2 blocks away from the ocean. The host is very nice and flexible! Easy to communicate with and flexible with my changes. Highly recommend this apartment to all travelers coming to Rio De Janeiro! We also had a blast for the carnival!

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

I found the house to be very good, as advertised, close to everything, easy to find, the app cars arrive easily, easy access to the motorcycle taxi and the location is near cool tourist spots and easy access to Praia thomas, in turn, was very kind to fulfill my check-in request, made me super comfortable and his responses were always very quick and very kind, I intend to return other times, super for sure, super recommended🙂

Ricardo's place is excellent, Ricardo is a great host, very informative, flexible and clear in everything related to the house. the stay was wonderful, my family and I had a great time. The house is located in a paradisiacal place, Ricardo's house is extremely clean and organized, everything works properly. Thanks Ricardo for having me and my family and for all your patience and flexibility with us. To anyone thinking on staying at Ricardo’s place you will not regret! ;)) 5 stars for sure! ​
