Amazing stay Nice experience for relaxing

Naila's place was perfect for us to stay in as we needed space for the kids and to feel at home in a foreign country. We loved the cafes, a mini supermarket and other businesses downstairs. We will pick this place again on our next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa in Oman, and it was an unforgettable experience! The villa’s charm, comfort, and authenticity truly exceeded my expectations. The villa itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional architecture with modern amenities to ensure both comfort and style. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a serene retreat after a day of exploring. The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful area but still conveniently close to key attractions. You can walk to supermarkets and nearby restaurants. Mall of Oman is 4 minutes by car. Abdullah was very responsive and took care of all our requests and questions instantly.

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

Harold’s Villa is perfect for a family of six adults. The kitchen is spacious and was super well equipped. The public seating spaces were inviting and comfortable. The bedrooms are generous and private and the ocean side views over the new building are gorgeous. Ashok the manager was responsive and kind. Harold’s local recommendations added a huge amount to our stay. We had a very special boat trip with his friend Issa, who took us on a genuine adventure where we saw whales, snorkelled with turtles and moray eels and caught fish to share with a local friend of his. Issa was a real highlight of our entire 10 day trip through Oman. Just as important, the house is equipped with helpful tips, including local doctors. One of us had a nasty sinus infection which was cured by an amazing general dentist in town, in a super high tech clinic with advanced Xray. All of which cost 30 OMR! Thank you Harold!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom villa. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and truly feels like a home away from home. The interiors are thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Each bedroom was comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends. The only downside was the internet, which was quite slow during our stay. It wasn’t ideal for working remotely or streaming, but if you’re looking to disconnect and unwind, this place is perfect. Overall, an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended if you value comfort, space, and a prime location!

The apartment is located in a beautiful, luxurious, guarded housing estate. It has a very nice view of the sea, the garden is well-maintained, with nice grass. The apartment is close to a sensational pool and beach, and in 20 minutes you can walk from the apartment to the small harbor, where there are restaurants and a shop. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are large, the air conditioning works very efficiently. The apartment is aesthetically pleasing. Communication with the host goes smoothly, and check-in is easy because the keys are removed from the small safe by the door. As for sleeping places, it's important to know that the couches in the living room do not unfold, only the pillows are removed, but for one person it's ok. In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed, there are two thin, fold-out mattresses for sleeping on the ground. A sense of luxury would have been even bigger if the apartment was cleaned even better.
