Very spacious apartment, super spacious and comfortable terrace, fully equipped in terms of dishes and kitchen items. Comfortable for 8 people. 20 meters from the beach (there is only one house between the beach and this accommodation). It has an ocean view (although it is slightly interrupted by the house in front, it is not a problem but a detail to know). Gunther was super helpful for our arrival and responded to our questions immediately. Super recommended to spend a few days at the beach without having to leave home.

Very good reception friendly, friendly, all quiet although we never saw Pamela, it was her sister who is in charge of the house, she keeps everything very well, clean, beautiful garden, friendly, you can tell that she likes what she does, I take nice memories.

Very quiet despite being in the very center of the beach. Super well maintained place, painted, cleaned. Cleaning done during the day, which is a super plus! The only thing: the description spoke of 2 rooms, but the bunk is in the living room, there is only one room closed. It was not a theme for ustros. Thanks!

Perfect days in Jaqueline's apartment. Comfortable condominium to go with children, football court, tennis, plaza, pool, in addition to the direct descent to the beach. We don't need to use the car to get down to the beach, restaurants, typical Maitencillo fair,etc. The department is very comfortable, clean and with everything you need.

We booked the place from overseas and it's always a risk, but everything was just as the description and more. The apartment was clean and tidy, the views were amazing, we spent a lot of time having a nice bbq with the sunset. The beds were super comfortable, handy dishwasher, washing machine, full equipment kitchen. Kids enjoyed the soccer field , tennis courts and pool. The access to the beach was right there. Divine apartment, very quiet and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The view is the best! We saw the best sunsets from the balcony. Crossing the street has a wide, cute beach.

The really cozy house, Luis has everything for a comfortable stay, from the sheets and towels to board games and toys for the kids to take to the beach. It is in our preferred sector of Maitencillo at the front of a beach with few waves and few people. We went with two 90 year old grandparents and two children under 5 and the house worked perfect for everyone. Luis very nice and concerned that everything went well. 100% recommended!
