Wonderful house with breathtaking sea view. Beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. A lovely garden where you can enjoy the view in peace. You can walk straight to the beach. With our family with three young children we had a great week. We definitely recommend this house!

The property was absolutly wonderful, the photos don’t do it justice! I particularly appreciated the garden with its beautiful array of trees and patches of forest. The estate was so vast I dont think we made it to the edge. The house was extremly private and out of sight of any neighbours. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, so were the beds. I was working online and the internet connection was good, even with multiple connections, with a very nice dedicated workspace. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable, with enough crockery for a banquet! While I was there the trees were ripe with fruit and we were treated to pears, apples, rasberries, blackberries, stawberries, grapes and more. The chickens generously provided us with fresh eggs every morning and the peacocks were not only beautiful to watch but also friendly. Not to talk about the wild forna including squirels, pheasents, woodpekers and other small birds… It was a pleasure meeting Philippe who not was an excellent host; showing us around the property and being helpful with our questions, but also an excellent cook, perparing traditional french food for us per our request. He was fun to be around. Overall a great experience, we are already planning when we can visit again!

We were very surprised by Catherine's house, the photos do not do justice to this very charming house. The latter is very well equipped, very clean, the large garden is well maintained, it is a pleasure to stay there. The accommodation is well located, you have easy access to the cities of the Coast. We thank Catherine for hosting us and for her thoughtfulness.

Charming house in a very good location (700 m from the beach via a direct staircase down the street). We did everything on foot with our 8-year-old son. Erwan was welcoming and recommended good restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the house is practical and clean. Easy and enjoyable communication

We spent a wonderful time, the view, the region and the Bois de Cise are splendid.

Carine is a great host, communication before and after was very good. The house is charming, in the heart of the forest and a few minutes' walk from the beach. It has everything you need for a pleasant time with your family in a quiet location. The house is very clean and spacious.

Colin was super helpful through the booking process and pre arrival needs to Dieppe. He was able to provide recommendations and booking information and answered quickly and in a friendly manner. The villa is lovely, roomy and calm with a lovely French feel. All equipment is thought through and nothing too much trouble. We had a fabulous weekend with all requirements met, would deffo use this Air B&B again.

Excellent stay in this house with my wife and our two children aged 1 and 4. The view of the racetrack is stunning. It is very exotic while being a few minutes walk from Place Morny and the beach. Berenice was very responsive when we had any questions. You just need to provide a safety gate with the stairs for young children.

Very nice new place to stay with tasteful interior. Here you can have a good time and feel right at home. All you need to know about the location is that the house is right on the street, but it is sufficiently quiet at night. There are no sidewalks in the area and you have to walk directly on the street if you are walking. With Honfleur and Deauville beautiful places in the immediate vicinity, everything highly recommended.

Beautiful and exotic location. Ideal for a summer and winter family weekend. The facilities are very clean and everything is perfectly functional. 15 min from the sea. I recommend it without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay at this cottage. The major asset is the pool. The accommodation is very well equipped for children and also adults ( billiards, foosball, indoor and outdoor games). We can't get bored. A cottage to recommend.

A great weekend in this large and very functional house. Ideally located in Normandy for visiting Rouen or Le Havre and the pretty city of Pont Audemer. Charlyne is very responsive in her answers. The pool is great as well as the games room, the barbecue area. My friends and family were delighted and the 5-year-old enjoyed all the games and the garden. It was a great weekend for my 50th birthday!! With all the corners of the house, everyone can either be quiet, play, or swim. We're not on top of each other! Great weekend!

Huge garden with boules court (boules included!) bbq and pool. Villa itself stunning, spacious and v well equipped. Great laundry room. Village pretty with wonderful, welcoming boucherie. Abbeville handy and St Valerie full of great and varied restaurants. V pretty. Trip up the Somme valley a must. Finally thanks to Phillippe who was a great host. We would love to return some time.

We had a very pleasant stay 1/2 hour from the sea! At 12 people, we did not suffer from the lack of space with in particular the game room which, in November, was very useful!! Inside, no unpleasant surprises, the heating was perfect despite the volume of the house, the very well-equipped kitchen and the living room large enough to welcome us all. Thank you so much for sharing a complete detail of the house's facilities and adapting the latest specificities of the moment (sleeping arrangements and schedules). I highly recommend this place for families.
