Townhouse ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, as described, in absolute calm. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. We were 5 couples of friends and enjoyed the spaces and amenities available.

Beautiful place in a nice quiet area. Valerie was always responsive. Highly recommended unless maybe you have trouble with mobility. There is a thin spiral staircase which is charming but if you struggle climbing steps could be an issue for you.

Very pleasant stay with magnificent views from the accommodation and the spa. Very welcoming host. The Bikki beach within walking distance is a restaurant bar with your feet in the sand on Nonnes beach, it was great.

Very well located apartment close to shops and the city center without being in it. Very pleasant accommodation and the terrace is perfect. No inconvenience during our 2-week stay. A big thank you to K'ty who manages the apartment for the owner, responsive, available and attentive. I'll do it again if I come back to the area.

Very well located house in the Chartrons district, close to the docks and 20 minutes from the center on foot. We were there with friends, the house is suitable, large living room and beautiful kitchen very well equipped. We appreciated the linen being provided, the beds made upon arrival. The garage is a big plus, because you can't park on the street. Many restaurants nearby, and the tram or bus nearby. We'll definitely be back for a future weekend. Idea for improvement, having a 2nd bed in 160, because 140 for a couple is small! Thanks for the little touches.g

We had a lovely stay at Viviane's who is available and very welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful, the neighborhood friendly. Great stay! We were 3 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. Space was enough for us. The vacation residence is pedestrianized, which is very nice with children. The accommodation on site is spacious enough to ensure everyone's comfort. The heated indoor pool is a real plus off-season, the kids enjoyed it. Finally, the owner is very nice and responsive. We recommend it +++ ☺️

Corine is the exceptional host, welcoming, attentive by her little sweets that awaited us upon arrival. Listening to our needs and she does not hesitate to give us the best advice. Flexible and accommodating, we were able to make a late checkout. There were 8 of us, we had all enjoyed, young and old, our stay at the villa la conche, spacious, quiet environment, it was a time of rest and healing that lived up to our wishes. The place is great! This is divided into a private house with 4 bed and 2 adjoining cottages with 2 bedrooms each. We booked everything for 16 adults and had a lovely weekend. We spoke with Emilie beforehand and it was Nicolas who was present during our stay. Very pleasant and responsive communication. I highly recommend this place for views of the vines, the pool (potentially shared, if you don't rent everything) and the calm.

Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a super relaxing week in the beautiful house of Serge! We enjoyed the very tasteful decor and a dream garden with pool and various seating options very much. We rented bicycles to get around the village faster, as the house is located in a quiet residential area. Wonderful for sleeping. Only the third "bedroom" is not a real room but a passageway. But this is also shown in the description. We lacked nothing and we recommend the house without reservation! Thanks, Serge!

Family home ideal for families with small children. Games for them in a game room. Cribs. High chair. Stroller and cozy. Everything was perfect. The children's island is close for activities. On the other hand, a car is essential for shopping and trips to the sea.
