Vacation rentals with beach access in Quepos Point

Cozy, nice and clean place, very close to the national park, beach and restaurants, ideal for the activities of the area.

I cannot recommend Maria’s place enough! From start to finish, Maria was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and offering helpful tips both before and during my stay. The space itself is exceptional—TONS of room and storage for luggage, immaculately clean, and in a very safe area. The location is unbeatable: it’s walkable to a variety of excellent restaurants and a grocery store, making it so easy to enjoy the local area. One of the biggest highlights was the bonus access to the hotel pool—it truly made the trip! Whether lounging poolside or coordinating seamless transportation for outside excursions, everything about this stay was effortless. The hotel restaurant offers a breathtaking, million-dollar view, and we even spotted monkeys and sloths nearby—a magical touch to an already fantastic experience. I will definitely be checking this listing for availability when I return!

Great value! Was perfect for my wife and I for our trip. We did a couple fishing trips and it’s a quick walk to Pez Vela. There are a couple of very steep hills to get to the house, my wife and I are fairly active and it was a challenge but doable. The view is incredible, and we found there to be more wildlife here than most other places we visited.

Daniela was AMAZING. She helped me with local recommendations and even found someone to braid my hair. The place is so close to the beach and had everything I needed. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. I will definitely be back!!

Incredible stay. Right next to the beach for a morning/night swim, also right next to the entrance to the national park for a full day excursion. Incredible time, balcony was very nice as well.

Awesome sea view and monkeys walking the wires in front . Big kitchen , hot shower, 7 minutes to Manual Antonio National park and 2 minutes from the best sunset view restaurant El Avión . Perfect place to explore town.

Niko and Nicola (and Mucho, the always friendly dog) were amazing hosts! From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, helpful and always lovely to interact with. The space is perfectly located next surf, yoga, and an amazing café with super friendly staff. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Sal y Sol was the perfect spot for us! Christian was flexible with our check in time and was so helpful upon arrival. Katherine’s home was spotless and perfectly located by the beach and happening areas (just be prepared for the hills!) while also giving us privacy. At check in we were greeted by multiple white face monkey’s which just got us even more excited for our stay! I highly recommend staying there and would love to go back in the future!

We really enjoyed the stay at the house truly a piece of paradise. Jillian was a good host . The property was private in a nice setting and located in one of our favorite areas of Costa Rica. Lots to check out and explore from Manuel Antonio,Dominical,Uvita,ojchal within a short drive lots of nice beaches, waterfalls, and good food close by. One our favorite things about the house was the open living downstairs being able to hear the ocean in the evening and waking up to the wildlife heard and seen toucans singing in the tree by the house some mornings hope to make it back sometime.

Adriana's place was great! Plenty of space, the beds were very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, lots of bath and beach towels, and body boards and chairs to take to the beach. Adriana gave us great local recommendations and was responsive when we had questions. The road to the home is a bit rough, an SUV is recommended. The hike to Playa La Macha was difficult but well worth the effort! The pool was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This was a supreme slice of paradise! The house was wonderful, top to bottom. The open space design, the grill and pool, the bedrooms and the modern amenities all made this one of the best vacation retreats we've ever experienced. We can't wait to return again and again and we are interested in visiting other Innova managed properties. Do not hesitate in choosing this property or others that are managed by this amazing company!

This is one of the most incredible airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Brian’s home is a private slice of heaven, in the jungle, with a stunning view. Our group of 10 spent most of our time using the outdoor kitchen, patio, and pool area. We saw toucans, macaws, and all kinds wildlife from day 1. After exploring the nearby Manuel Antonio National Park, this was a perfect home to come back to and relax. Brian was a wonderful host, super responsive, and helpful throughout. We hope to return again in the future!

The accommodation is as described in the listing. We stayed in the green house and understand that the place will become a complex, but Hosam respected our reservation and we were able to enjoy the place privately. The house is very comfortable, with air, fan and tv in every bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, blender, electric hornito in addition to the kitchen itself. The pool is beautiful, super well cared for with island for small children, lounge chairs and umbrella. The ranch has its grill with a sidebar team. It has a parking lot for 4 cars across the street. I must highlight Hosam's attention and, we were lucky enough to coincide with Sonny who provided us with excellent care and improving our stay. We will definitely be back to stay with Hosam again

This is a great place and I do highly recommend it. Clean, quiet, and about as non-touristy as you can get. Beautiful beach with hardly anyone on it due to the seclusion of the island. The pool was great. Israel, the grounds keeper, was awesome and even prepared us fresh coconuts to drink. He has several friendly dogs that my family really enjoyed. As noted, the current is strong here but honestly where isn't it strong along the coast with all the big waves? We took precautions but still all enjoyed playing and surfing in the water. They set up private surfing lessons for us right on site. The only downside was mosquitoes. When it wasn't the heat of the day, they were everywhere except right on the beach. We didn't experience this once we went down Manuel Antonio and Dominical. The mangroves were pretty, but again, covered up in bugs.

A beautiful place that looked even better than the photos! We had an amazing stay- it was a really comfortable and well equipped place- with everything you need. Katrin was really responsive and helpful- would totally recommend!

I recommend Casitas Maria has everything in a quiet place, you will be at home. Maria is very attentive and available for everything. I would definitely go back. I recommend it to 100x100 Pura Vida

perfect place for our family of four to explore the area. bus stop right down the street. greeted by squirrel monkeys. Gigi very fast and communicative.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Amazing view from the apartment. We saw a few past reviews complaining about the lack of AC in the living room but there is a unit there that works so that was a non issue, the living room area is able to stay cool. There is also a unit in the bedroom that works very well also. The kitchen is stocked with a few dishes and pots so you can do some cooking if you like. We would highly recommend taking the bus(bus stop is right nearby costs about 75 cents) or taxi into Quepos to eat at Soda Sanchez fir lunch or dinner. It was much more reasonably priced than the tourist spots around the airbnb and had the best pina coladas we had ever tasted. For breakfast or lunch eat at Monarca Cafe nearby just down the road. Amazing food, reasonable price and you can watch the butterflies fly past you as you east. It was a great place to stay! We would come back

Our stay with Kent in Manual Antonio was AMAZING!!!! Everything was perfect from the location to the accommodations!!!! We can’t wait to come back!!!! You have to stay here!!!! Vanessa was awesome with helping us with planning activities. We did the guided tour of MA national park and the ADR adventure park and both were incredible!!!!! Loved it all so much!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

AMAZING! If I could rate this a 10/10 I would. The place is even more magical in person. Super clean, everything exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single item that you need. The bed is super comfortable. The washer works great and he even had a bike for me to get around. The beach is literally a few steps away, and the pool is also more beautiful in person. The view to the backyard is magical, in the evenings it’s peaceful and during the day you’ll see monkeys, black squirrels, all kinds of birds and parrots!!! Honestly, the gardeners are so kind and respectful, they felt like family. I didn’t want to leave because it’s truly a magical place. Super simple to get around, and if you’re looking for privacy, quiet, peaceful and beautiful sights. This is your place! Thanks Alex the place was beyond my expectation.

Matthew & Diana went above & beyond being hosts! Very attentive and friendly. Their home is just as pictured, you’re surrounded by the jungle. It’s absolutely beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Matthew & Diana!

Perfect location to walk to beach and national park. Host is extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend staying is visiting Manuel Antonio.

The place is as described by description but even so much better when you experience it in person. Very close to all the amenities needed during our stay. Mike was super helpful and responsive. Andre who was on the local property manger was extremely helpful with recommendations. the newly renovated pool is a nice amenity after a long day to relax and do nature watching. I ran into a bit of a car problem and he went above and beyond to help us out. i highly recommend this place.
