Townhome vacation rentals in Queenstown Hill

A fantastic small house about 15 minute walk to the downtown area. For us, the location was perfect. Quiet, parking is available in the garage and a nice stroll downtown. It was great to have a full kitchen, laundry, and comfortable living room to hang out. All the bedrooms were extremely comfortable, A very clean place, and nothing not to like. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! It is only a few mins walk to the town center and kids can play at the lake front right across the road. The house has everything we needed. Thank you Gemma!

Great location! Lovely apartment with plenty of space and easy access

Absolutely gorgeous views where you can sit back in the lounge with a tea and enjoy the views. Beautiful, private area. It is still easy walking distance to the main town area to access restaurants and also across the road to the bus stop which takes you to Arrowtown and the airport.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Stunning views, fully equipped, easy communication. Recommended it!

Great place to stay only a short walk from town.

We’ve stayed here a few times now as it is an excellent base for our now annual trips to Cardrona to ski. Entrance to the ski field is <10 minutes up the road. Location is also excellent for parents with kids & no longer looking for late nights out - about 25 minutes to Wanaka (so not a long drive home after dinner out) and 40 minutes to Queenstown. Highly recommended. I wish we had the time to come over during summer as well. Looking forward to our trip next year already.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Beautiful view of the mountains and lake, modern and clean, and a nice and peaceful location. I give this property a perfect score, and will look to book again when I return to Queenstown in the future.

This was the perfect stay for our home base in queenstown. Its about an 8 min drive to queenstown and up in the hills. There is a decent walk to town though, so be aware. Another thing to note is that the driveway and garage are a little tricky to navigate, being tight and lacking room to turn around. There is plenty of room to park on the nearby streets, however. The place is beautiful and peaceful and we loved it!

We had 4 days at Brian’s place, and it was a pleasure to stop travelling for a few days, relax, catch up on washing and sit and enjoy the magnificent views. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for us for our stay in Queenstown but it was still a fantastic place to stay. Brians instructions were so helpful and easy to follow. I look forward to returning one day and (hopefully get better weather). Would highly recommend Brian’s place if you are heading to Queenstown.

Lovely place with great views onto the lake. Close to the airport with easy access to Queenstown, Arrowtown, shopping, sights, etc but far enough away to be very peaceful. A great location from which to take on the area's more adventurous activities or even the more sedate ones, such as strawberry picking or visit one of the vineyards along the road. Lucy was a great host, quick to respond to our queries

What a great spot … literally backs onto the main section of Queenstown, complete with fabulous restaurants and shops. And views down to the water and the mountains beyond. Yet, despite the close proximity to town, it felt private and was extremely quiet. Lovely townhome with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Super clean. Great hosts … everything was smooth and seamless. Highly recommended

Amazing vista views of the surrounding lake and mountains. Fully equipped kitchen. The property is on a very steep hilly area, so it would be a struggle to walk up from the city centre.

Very cozy, beautiful townhouse! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything you need for meals at home (we especially loved the nespresso)

My Mum and Dad, Husband, 2 kids and I stayed in this property for 5 nights and it was perfect! In walking distance of the marathon start line too! It was warm, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Just a short stroll into the village, or just down the hill to the river. So peaceful, we loved it and will be booking again!
