Really enjoyed our stay. great central position, comfortable with great facilities. Pools were fabulous, but a bit hard to get a seat as guests were reserving them and it was a busy time. Very grateful for the wine, fruit and late checkout time as well! Would highly recommend to others!

Tegan's place is sparkling clean and conveniently located near a local beach. Despite the unpredictable weather, we had a great time at the heated pool, taking walks on the beach, and enjoying delicious dinners at a nearby restaurant. The beds were comfortable, and overall, I definitely recommend this place.

Denise’s place is great for a small family. With two young kids, there was plenty of room for all of us to stay without getting on top of each other. The heated pool and spa was brilliant - the kids were in the pool for HOURS each day - up until the communal areas were closed because of a lockdown. Even with lockdown in place, we were able to go for long walks along the beach, rock-hopping at low tide, and get takeaways and coffee from nearby cafes. Would happily stay here again! Amazing stay! The yurt was well furnished and comfortable with everything you could need, including oil heaters for cooler nights that worked very well! The area was great, waking up to Roos and other wildlife outside the yurt was special. The location was very convenient, an easy drive to/from most things you would want to do/see in the area. Finally, Nick was great! Easy to communicate with and very prompt, even helped us set up the fire pit. Overall a fantastic stay, we will definitely be back soon.

The sleeping area features a rattan headboard with soft bedding in shades of green and yellow. Textured pillows and a throw blanket add comfort. The backdrop consists of a leafy patterned wallpaper with pendant lights on either side, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Stayed a few nights over Christmas. It was so relaxing to be able to walk outside and be by the ocean. We did not do a lot of cooking as we live near by and had prepared our meals at home. There is an air fryer which we did use. There was a problem with the microwave and we were unable to use it, but I am sure it will be fixed for the next guests. We have stayed in other units in the past and this one was the most comfortable yet. Definitely recommend Anthony’s unit.

The accommodation is a room within the Castaways hotel. It offers a beautiful view on mission beach, direct access to the beach which makes easy your sunrise and sunset escapes. There is no kitchen but the hotel has got a restaurant serving delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful and perfect to relax after a day of wandering all around Mission Beach. They have a laundry facility and gym. Our room had the most beautiful view on the beach. Recommend 100%

We had such a nice stay and Roxanne was lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone taking a trip to magnetic island!

Wonderful and relaxing! Bed was super comfortable and no obnoxious or loud neighbours. Staff were lovely and friendly. Far better than most of the expensive name brand resorts in Port . Highly recommend !

We made a mistake of looking at the unit on the address. We tried reaching out to Roxanne both on Airbnb and by phone, but no response. Otherwise, the place was clean and location was great.

We had a lovely stay here, the room was very spacious and with all the amenities we needed! It was right next to a bus stop which was useful in getting around Magnetic Island. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work at all, there were a number of Wi-Fi’s to connect to but none of them worked, however 4/5G works fine on the island. Aside from this we would highly recommend and would love to come back if we visit magnetic island again!

A piece of heaven in Bargara. Strategically located in Bargara, people were friendly, facilities were excellent and food at the restaurant was great. Would definitely come back again.
