We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

My husband and I have stayed at James’ studio twice now. It never disappoints! It is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but it’s easy to walk everywhere. The studio is clean and welcoming. James is very responsive and a good communicator. We would love to stay a third time!

We enjoyed our stay in Saratoga Springs. The rental is close to downtown, and has easy access to get to where you need to go. Very clean, and has everything needed.

Ellen’s place was so lovely. Clean comfortable and cozy. The decor was very thoughtfully done and made us feel right at home. Had Good coffee, tea and left some valentines chocolate on the table. She was extremely responsive, helpful and a great communicator. We booked last minute and although they recently have snow and ice, they worked really hard to clean it up and make it safe with limited time, while also cautioning us to be careful. We will definitely stay again when we come to Saratoga.

This was a perfect place to stay in the town of Saratoga Springs. About 10 minute walk to downtown, felt very safe and good parking lot for our cars. The condo was better than expected. It felt more like a home, beautifully done and great amenities. Very clean and spacious. Sitting areas were very comfortable and loved the open bright concept. Would definitely stay again if we return to Saratoga! TY to our host too for going above and beyond on a couple of our requests.

The place was very clean and spacious. It is not what you would call downtown but walkable - we went by train and then walked everywhere. We were there for a kids chess tournament and when we were there the area was quiet and perfect for us. Jack’s suggestions were very helpful as I did not have time to research the area beforehand. Everything went very smooth and we had the perfect time there. Thank you!

I had a great time at Lena me and my family were a big group we were able to have breakfast dinner everyone had their own space privacy and rooms there were towels washing machine dryer everything you needed I will definitely be returning with my gang of children

The house was perfect for our little getaway! It was very clean and very homey. Comfortable and peaceful. We loved walking to town and exploring. Would 10/10 stay at the house again!

Wonderful place for 4 old friends to gather together for a weekend. Donal was a great host, and has created a space that’s not just clean, but also neat and welcoming. Given the size of this property, that’s not easy. Pictures don’t do it justice, and we were surprised by how nice the place is. Downstairs bedroom is enormous, and so’s the en-suite bathroom there. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk away. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, and would love to return there next year.

Went for a quick weekend away for a day of skiing, loved the kitchen for cooking and had everything we needed. It was larger than expected with quality furniture and linens. Would definitely recommend.

Jared's place was perfect for our group. Very clean and commodious. We had some questions about setting the thermostats but he was very responsive and came over to make the necessary adjustments. The location is convenient to town on a leafy avenue. I highly recommend this listing.

The “Wood Inn” was perfect for our friend ski vacation. Just the right size for two couples. It had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Close to the ski area and our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.
