Amazing amazing amazing! I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were big, spacious, clean, comfortable, the balcony was a plus and the restaurant near the main lobby had a great bartender; that made our drinks extra good! Also, parking was fairly easy to find and the hotel location was perfectly located close to Manhattan! I would recommend just double checking and confirming the room type you are booking, since there are many different options and room styles! I would stay here over & over again 🌸!

Thank you for taking care of me after I had been canceled twice by other AirBNBs!!! You all made the stay the MOST enjoyable. They were very friendly and helped all the way until I had to leave. Certainly was worth the money and the hassle I had to go through with the other reservations. Made my time in New York very simple and enjoyable! When I come to New York, if I do not stay with a friend I will certainly see if you all are available!

The team and front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Location was convenient for where I was visiting, and having a great restaurant in the building was nice. Plenty of towels and back up hospitality items in the room or accessible to guests was a plus. I'll have to stay longer next time!

place was easy to find. very clean and nicely decorated. wifi was working great. only thing I have to mention is room was a bit small (but this I had read in the reviews already before booking and was comfortable with the choice). Staff was friendly and proactive. both check in and check out went smoothly. I realized though that Bedsheets are not changed in between days, and I could have missed this in the instructions or somewere. otherwise, I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic place full of history, easy to find and great parking. The rooms were full of charm. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. And the scones in the morning were amazing. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay for my husband’s surprise birthday trip. The staff was so friendly and responsive before and during our stay. They went above and beyond to make my husband feel celebrated. The staff were all wonderful, the room beautiful and the views fantastic. The included breakfast was gorgeous and delicious. A perfect stay. We’ll be back for sure!

This was a perfect place for a long weekend in Manhattan. Friendly front desk staff and a nice hotel/apartment rental vibe with just enough space for 2 in a great location close to Times Square. The space heater was a life saver on the cold days and the heat lamp in the bathroom is fantastic! The motion sensor lights were highly sensitive, but we were able to create a little fort to block the one in the sleeping area! The room and location were perfect for my needs and I would absolutely stay again.

Well located! The hotel had a few niggling problems like a coffee maker that was full of grounds and a thermostat that didn’t work. But the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also had a bag check that was conspicuous in the lobby but smartly secured with a cable lock.

five stars for uniqueness and charm. We have friends in the area and have had a hard time finding pet friendly accommodations. I was a little hesitant because I didn't know the area and it seemed like a small older place. It is both. after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a try and I'm really glad we did It was very clean. very well thought out charming and the best part was the kitchen and restaurant and bar. A small local place with fantastic entertainment. We didn't have to leave the property. just an easy walk downstairs to really unique, delicious food and wonderful entertainment. The girls that work there, Tam and Carly really know what they're doing. they are hard-working and professional and they make a great hot toddy. We will stay there again the next time we visit our friends. It was just very easy and comfortable.

Our room was exactly what we had expected and had looked for. Perfect for our stay in New York City. Great staff and very friendly. Felt at home. Didn’t experience any issues what so ever. It was literally lovely that even after our checkout time, she still considered us as guests and allowed us to use to restroom, common area, and store our luggage until our flight later in the evening.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the river, we always returned around midnight and felt calm walking back. The rooms are clean and just like the photos. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. A new jacket we had bought disappeared and no one took responsibility. If there is an event or party in the hotel, a lot of noise can be heard in the rooms. In general, it was a good place to stay and we had a window with an incredible view of the city.
