Little pearl in Leucate. Beautiful home, splendid garden. Privacy, quiet, safe for the kids. Shops are within walking distance, the beach is a jump away. Lots of activities possible in the area. We were charmed by the place and the area. This place contributed to the smooth running of our holiday.

A beautiful find! Such a peaceful and special place to stay. A great base to explore the area and even the mixed weather, expected in November, didn't detract from the atmosphere. I can imagine the cottage and it's surroundings being even more special in the summer. Excellent accommodation, exactly matches the listing, very well located between Vielle Aure and St Lary Soulan, very quiet area. Everything is new and very well-equipped. We had a very nice stay and we will return to this beautiful area in this accommodation where the owners and the concierge were very pleasant and professional.

The place was perfect, easy to find. The only problem we had was the first night it was very cold and we didn't have hot water maybe because the accommodation had not been occupied for a long time and the time to turn it all back on was almost more time. Marije truly embodies the spirit of hospitality, always available to answer any concern. It's a real pleasure to feel so taken care of. As soon as you enter the apartment, there is a wellness atmosphere. It immediately feels comfortable, like home. The apartment is perfectly equipped, Marije anticipated all our needs; nothing missing. We quickly forget the inconvenience of carrying our belongings, whether it's up the stairs or coming back from the beach. The small TV was an asset, allowing us to get rid of some bad habits. In addition, the breathtaking view of the sea, bathed in sunshine and petted by a slight breeze, gave us a meditation experience. For practical information, the electrical panel,is located behind the microwave, just open the little door. In the rooftop parking lot, discreet letters indicate the number of your apartment: A, C, E, etc.
