This property was beautiful in its natural aesthetic, old mother and father trees, and the energy that comes from living as we were meant to live. It was a gift and blessing to stay there. I will be coming back for a month. It's off the beaten path, and that's what my spirit needed. Thank you for having a sanctuary to rejuvenate and replenish. My wife and I are grateful. Everything we needed was present. Nice people, positive vibration, peaceful tribe.

This condo is very quiet, overlooking the golf course and ocean. Nice sunsets. We really enjoyed the golfing (reasonable rate with the member's pass), and pickleball/tennis is very close ...beside the pool. Close by is a gym - which had a big workout area and daily cardo classes. Also - a very good grocery store nearby. The condo was well set-up for the two of us. particularly helpful were the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We spent many afternoons visiting different beaches along the Waikoloa coast. Some were a few miles away, others about 15 min drive. The guidebook in the condo was very helpful.

Chris is an amazing host and is very clear in his communication. House was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stuffed with a lot of condiments and a lot of attention to details. Yard had many fruit bearing trees. A quick drive to nice beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. All in all we were very satisfied.

Great location, homely place with everything you need (especially for snorkelling) But most of all amazing host. Tania is so helpful and kind. She has really good insider tips! Highly recommend Honaunau Beach (two step) for the best snorkelling on the island so far - take the pool noodles from the house for the less experienced swimmers.

Very comfortable unit in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Extremely clean and thoughtfully equipped and furnished. We didn’t need the air conditioning in Dec, though the temps rose to the 80s. We opened windows and ran the ceiling fans, which is more pleasant to us and seems more Hawaiian, and the unit stayed comfortable. Kitchen is equipped for simple meals, and there a communal grill area which was well kept, and the grills were top notch by our standards. You can walk to the beach in 20-25 minutes, and bike riding in waikoloa area works well- rent a bike at Queens shops. Elevator is available if you can’t do the stairs. Pleasant pool, not too busy when we were there in first half of Dec. Beach equipment is supplied in the lanai storage closet. After the first days we even remembered the code for the driveway gate. We had a good time at Allyson’s place, and she was helpful and friendly throughout.

We loved this beach house and its location! We always stay Kona-side, but this time we wanted to spend more time in Hilo and we’re so glad we did. The grounds around the house were beautiful and one of the best beaches in Hilo is across the street. The street was pretty noisy and busy Saturday night, but the other days it was quiet and we could hear the ocean! Can’t wait to stay here again!

This home Is A MUST SEE. These pictures do not do this home justice. Not only does this home have a million dollar view the neighborhood felt so quiet and private. We stayed her for 4 days and enjoyed every minute we stayed in Leigh’s home. The owner was super responsive and extremely friendly. She even took the time to bring the karaoke machine to us. I hope to visit this home again in the future I also love that she provided lots of the essientials like toilet paper, towels,dish soap laundry soap shampoo conditioner. This house was full of everything you’d need for a full 4 day trip. Her home made us feel like this was our home.

What a wonderful home away from home. This place has EVERYTHING you need. Check in was super easy and Dougie was quick to respond with any questions. The location is easy to find and in a great spot to get to all the nearby beaches. When you book, you get a great welcome packet full of useful information and recommendations for things to do during your stay. Highly recommend reading it and trying things out. Lots of restaurants nearby but the kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need to make food. Don't hesitate booking this place. There is a reason it is occupied a lot. Excellent place!
