We stayed here for 6 weeks. It's a great rustic place, in a rural neighbourhood. Lots of birdlife around. We felt very at home here and would stay again if we went to Costa Rica. The host always responded quickly, and the local manager was always available.

We had a great time in Xinias place, the house was specious and everything we needed.

If you’re looking for a place in San Jose, that is an amazing value for the money and is within walking distance or a 10 minute drive from so many activities, then this is it. WHAT I LOVED: The inside of the property has clean modern finishes and a minimalist interior design. The host was extremely responsive, and the security was very friendly and extremely helpful. Each of the bedrooms had a full bathroom inside of it, which is great, especially if you are sharing the condo with another couple. Also, there is a half bathroom in the great room as well. WHAT WOULD MAKE THIS PROPERTY IDEAL: Temp Control It was a little bit odd that there was only one air-conditioning unit, and it was in one of the master bedrooms that receive the most sun, so it got a little bit warm during the day, but it was still very comfortable Upgraded linens All of the bedsheets, blankets and pillows and bathroom towels were a little cheap but everything was clean

I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. Everything was just great! We were there for dental treatment and it was very convenient to the Freer dental offices. Apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Carolina was very responsive and helpful. 👍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Julio’s place, and I can't recommend it enough! Julio was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout my stay, making the check-in process seamless. The location is perfect for anyone who loves exploring on foot; it’s just a short walk to Quepos and conveniently close to the bus station for trips to Manuel Antonio Park. What truly surprised me was how private the space felt, despite being so close to town. Surrounded by lush trees, it was a serene retreat where I could enjoy the sounds of nature, including birds and even monkeys! Overall, it was a wonderful experience—thank you, Julio!

The stay at Russ and Anna's place was excellent! The house is big, clean and extraordinarily equipped. The house is located on a road leading to Manuel Antonio Park (about 10 minutes), very quiet, and offers a backyard that deserves interesting and beautiful wildlife. Our daughters really enjoyed playing in the cozy pool. Russ and Anna are excellent hosts, inviting, and available. Highly recommended!

This place was literally perfect. The most important things: air conditioning, comfortable beds, tvs/appliances that worked were all top notch. The location was a huge benefit. On the quieter end of Jaco but still so many restaurants, stores, etc. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and you can rent chairs and an umbrella for $20 USD for the whole day. I highly recommend it. Also, the pool at the facility was far beyond what we expected. Clean, non-chlorine and rarely busy. I couldn't have had a better experience. The only drawback is the chair and couch in the living area. We like to play all day and then relax around the tv at night. The couch is basically useless. There are literal boards you risk sitting on and it's painful. The couch desperately needs replaced, but it's not enough to deduct a star because everything else was so incredibly wonderful.

Condominium is pretty good size. The swimming pools are great.

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

The host was very nice and responded very fast anytime i had a question. The area is very nice and the place is very clean. Everyone in the building is nice and friendly and there i a lot of things to do. I would definitely come back again 10/10
