Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be clean and comfortable in a great location.

We had a great week at Villa Talè from 28 Oct - 4 Nov. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space and very well kitted-out in terms of kitchen equipment; good quality crockery, glassware and other things you need if you want to do lots of cooking. There were four of us (2 adults and 2 small kids). The heated pool - which we paid a little extra for - was worth every penny. The raised shallow platform area meant our two year old could paddle and splash around safely, and our six year old could jump in endlessly. The outside space is like another big living room, with several seating areas. Conchetta is friendly and responsive and provided us with loads of recommendations, all of which were excellent. There are 2 good restaurants within walking distance, and loads more within 5-10 mins drive. The beach is 5 min walk away and beautiful - again, perfect for kids as it’s shallow. We visited Modica and Siracusa, for days out. A very enjoyable Sicilian break. We’ll definitely return. Thanks!

What a beautiful home. Adriana’s place is peaceful & with stunning views overlooking Scicli. The house is very well equipped, a great place to unwind & has everything you need for a great stay. The pool is just fabulous. We arrived late at night & had no food (there are no supermarkets open after 9pm locally) but Adrianna kindly let us use whatever we could find & a risotto was rustled up. Coffee, milk, toast & marmalade are provided for breakfast the first day which is thoughtful. Scicli is a beautiful town and we enjoyed our morning coffee in Chiosco 'a Funtana which has the best coffee ever - a gorgeous spot. Fresh fish from the local fishmonger is highly recommended too and the little vegetable kiosks by the coffee spot & fishmonger have every delicious vegetable you might need. Thanks Adrianna for being a super responsive & kind host.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. We had a wonderful stay at Paola's villa! The property was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room both inside and outside. The outdoor spaces were fantastic – there was a very large, lovely pool that made for relaxing afternoons, as well as great areas for dining and lounging outside. It was the perfect setup for spending time with family and friends. Do note that you’ll need a car, as services aren’t very close by, but this also adds to the sense of tranquility. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Villa Timparosa is the most beautiful place we have ever been for sure. The villa contains absolutely all the amenities you need. Great location, 15 minutes from the beach, not far from several of the beautiful Sicilian baroque towns. But the garden with pool is the real diamond! Suddenly you find yourself in a real oasis! The host is extremely kind and responsive! A true professional! We had an amazing stay! We will definitely come back to this Sicilian paradise again!!!

We had a fantastic month at this cozy home in Scicli. Our stay was a perfect combination of vacation and remote work for two freelancers. The apartment was exactly as described, and although there are a few stairs to reach it, it was not a problem for us. Inside, we found all the necessary comforts and accessories, and even more. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, which made our home dinners more enjoyable. The internet connection, as we imagined because of the location, is not suitable for continuous use for work, but this did not ruin our overall experience at all. Ludovica and her husband, our hosts, were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Communicating with them was easy and enjoyable. We are grateful for the positive experience and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much!

Very friendly and helpful host. Excellent location of the apartment, a ten-minute walk from the historic center. In winter, the heat pump is enough for the bedrooms and therefore an additional heating system (present) was required for the other rooms. I recommend parking in the square nearby and not along the street

What a nice surprise! Peaceful accommodation in the countryside, very clean ... functional kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable beds... Mark was adorable: 48 hours before our arrival we had an explanatory video to arrive at the accommodation... the same day at 12:00 p.m. we had a message to tell us that we could anticipate our arrival because the accommodation was ready! Perfect… not to mention the bath towels for the shower … and the hot tub! We really enjoyed this relaxation area after a busy day! A place we would recommend without hesitation! Thank you Mark …

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

Giovanni and Alessia are two perfect hosts. Friendly and discreet. The house was as described, very comfortable to the beach a few hundred meters away, spacious and recently renovated, with two large terraces. Absolutely recommended, equipped with essentials and air conditioning in all rooms!

Staying at Tonino's was a great experience! We were warmly greeted and guided through the property, and during our stay we got recommendations for nearby experiences from the owner. Beautiful views from the deck, clean pool, mountainous terrain, peace and quiet — what more could you want? In addition, close to the Cava Grande Reserve, which surprised us positively with its glory. We recommend getting good shoes and going there for the day. All in all, we were happy to spend our vacation in Villa Vitosa, using the on-site amenities and equipped kitchen, where we prepared meals with fresh, Italian produce. It was clean, the air conditioning didn't disappoint, and in our spare time we used inflated pool accessories (wheel, mattress). We recommend this place to anyone who needs a restorative rest in beautiful Sicily! :)

The house was very sweet and actually bigger than we expected, a lot of outdoor area and equipped with everything you could need. Piero was a accomodating host and helped us with recommendations for restaurants etc. The house is located near Avola, it‘s a bit quieter than the bigger cities, with many beautiful beaches along the coastline. We recommend!

Wonderful house a stone's throw from a beautiful sea. Large indoor and outdoor spaces also suitable for large families. The house is equipped with everything beyond all expectations. Impeccable house cleanliness and order. Lucia and Biagio are always courteous and available in everything. Highly recommended!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's apartment ! Everything worked out just fine ! The apartment is a Bijou with a fantastic roof terrace , a fantastic view of Modica ! Adriana is empathetic , friendly and helpful ! Modica is a perfect starting point to explore the numerous attractions of the surrounding area! Highly recommend !

Dario place was just as described. spacious with great rooftop terrace. We checked in one day late also but Dario was flexible with getting in later.

Beautiful flat nestled in the streets of Modica. It is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is unbeatable. The apartment is super close to the center and just a few steps away from great restaurants and cafés. The view is absolutely spectacular!

We loved Scoglitti and Domenico’s house. Sheltered beaches with golden sand, beach towels provided. Lots of recommendations for visits and local shops. Lemon trees in the garden. Peaceful yet central. Lovely

Nice reception at the agreed place after which we were accompanied to the house. The house is in a unique place in the middle of nature with a wonderful view. Outside by a fire, the lights of Scicli make the evening particularly beautiful. The path to get there takes some getting used to but fine to do with a car. The house is nice, in the evening she is cozy and during the day with the wind through it it is wonderful. The mezzanine is a nice place to sleep, the geckos and the scraper in the roof belong and make it clear that you are in nature. The plumbing is clean and by using the natural building materials it also feels in nature there. Shower with beautiful views! One place we wanted to stay much longer and we'd love to come back. Tip from the host: restaurant Le Gioie in Scicli, super tip!

Great place and responsive host.

What a great place in a wonderful location, so central in Modica with amazing views & yes a bit of a steep hill home but something has to justify all that pasta and Gelato! Great restaurants and our favourite Hemingway’s bar for wonderful cocktails and people watching. Cafe Adamo for delicious pastries, coffee and Gelato. Nick was very proactive and responsive as was Giorgio & the welcome pack was very much appreciated. The house was a real home from home which made us feel very relaxed and the provision of beech towels, parasols very useful, the well equipped kitchen made cooking in, easy. The house manual was full of very useful information and suggestions for places to go, some of the prices may be a little outdated, but it’s hard to keep up with inflation. I would have no doubt at recommending this lovely home in Modica & Nick in the Uk and Giorgio in Modica, make a great team. Thank you both .
