Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Punta Santiago

Axial's place was great. Conveniently located within close walking distance of the beach, restaurants and other hotels/nightlife. The outdoor space was as pictured and the host was very communicative with any questions or requests we had. Would stay here again.

Carlos’ place amazing for me and my family. Safe for my kiddos to be out in the balcony and private enough for us to literally call it our beach getaway. 10/10 recommend!

The unit was nice, comfortable, and clean. Ms. Yachira was responsive to our requests. My two dissatisfaction was there was no wash clothes. There where bath towels. Also, no hand soap. We had to go out to purchase these items. I suggested/recommended to Ms. Yachira to have these items in her unit. Thank you for allowing me and my family to rent your unit and for the service. I would/will rent this unit again.

My partner and I have stayed at Juan’s place twice now and we will continue to come back! Juan is a great host, keeps it very simple and straight forward, and any questions we had he resolved in a timely manner. We absolutely love his home, the balcony view, and the fact that it is walking distance to everything you want and need!

We came to PR for a few days. Robert is an excellent host! He ensured that we lacked nothing by keeping in contact. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. Robert treated us like family!

10 stay. Comfortable apartment, better than the pictures. The bed, very good linens and pillows, and towels as well. The air worked great. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Good fridge and new. Chairs and beach towels Huge and new TV. The location and perfect views. Xavier was super friendly and made it easier for us to have a perfect week. Feel free to choose this apartment. No great luxuries but with everything needed.

My family and I Greatly Enjoyed our trip to old San Juan, and our stay at Caroline’s place made it extra special. It is a great location, and truly deserves the High Walk Score. Everything you need is within minutes of walking, and the ambiance of the thriving downtown area is felt in the apartment. Also, the place is big enough for a family with small kids. Overall highly recommend this place. 10/10

This is a wonderful location. It is on the south side of the Island and provides a more authentic experience. We got to see a caravana, which was a Christmas parade caravan that traveled through the neighborhood. my puerto rican boyfriend said that we were here at the right time to see one. I felt more immersed and "at home" at this place. I will likely stay stay here again when we come back.

During our stay at the White House, we really liked it because everything was accessible, Glenda's organization was great, everything was very clear and detailed, I would stay there again at any time. It is a very quiet place, during the night and during the day, my family and I give it a 100%

Pablo's house felt comfortable and quiet. It has good space for a family. Everything was clean. There's A/C on every room and living room area. There is a backyard pool available. The beach is very close to the location and there are several restaurants in Ceiba and Fajardo to visit. Overall, it was a good experience. Pablo was very responsive and even provided recommendations for places to visit.

The home felt safe and clean. It had everything we needed plus extras provided if needed. Love the game/bar area in the home. Uber rides were fairly cheap and close to all attractions. Highly recommended 💫

Sharianne’s place is absolutely beautiful. The home is very clean and comfortable. The backyard is spacious and the beach is amazing! We enjoyed the beach every day with our 3 year old. This is a beautiful home, amazing location and excellent value. You won’t regret it.

Diane and Luis were incredibly responsive making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They went above and beyond when our other place canceled on us last minute. Beds were comfy, place was clean, plenty of towels. Beautiful views. We will stay here again for sure!

Amazing location for those who loves the beautiful Puerto Rican scenery. Yunque rainforest is only minutes away and the location is very peaceful. Definitely a must stay if you enjoy hiking and being adventurous and trekking the rainforest.

The place it's clean, comfortable and practical. Great location with pool and access to the beach, besides restaurants in Condado area. While the building it's an older property, the AirBnb is kept in good condition, with everything you need including games for entertainment.

Alex & Janet are amazing hosts. Alex is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions. There were a couple of issues with the home out of their control but they handled them like champs. There was a small leak in the main bedroom when it rained heavily and Alex handled it to the best he can immediately.
