Very spacious and well-equipped apartment in the center of Miraflores. The cat park is right on your doorstep. The area can be noisy on the weekends, but the bedroom is set well back from the street so you can have quiet there when you need to. Lots of good food, grocery stores, gyms, whatever you need within 2-3 blocks.

This was our second time staying at Ricardo’s place. It was very enjoyable. Ricardo is an amazing host. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Lima.

Great location, nice place.

This was our first visit to Peru, and this apartment exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better. We walked to many places, and the bus stop is conveniently located nearby. This allowed us to easily get to other districts (with the help and direction of my sister who lives there.) We walked to beaches in Barranco and Miraflores. The concierge always being there added a huge sense of security. We spent a lot of time on the patio - it faces the ocean. The views are spectacular. We loved having so much space to spread out and relax.

The place's location is great!!! The view from the apartment is beautiful both day and night. We walk through the night seawall parks without any problem, we also walk in the surroundings as there are many options for restaurants and cafes. We had an inconvenience with one of the amenities but Margareth resolved us immediately.

All good. Ideal location if looking for nightlife or being close to Kennedy park. The apartment is very comfortable. The piece facing the street is somewhat noisy as windows do not insulate from noise. The rest is fine.

The place super clean and nice, with a beautiful view, only if they go elderly people can make it difficult to go down to the beach because there are many stairs, otherwise everything was perfect, clean, the house had everything you need, everything was very spacious, it is a little difficult to get with Google maps however if you communicate with Susana she will give you a map on how to get there. All in all, all good!

The house was spotless and had all the fixtures for a good stay. Roiki was helpful at all times and always responded to our inquiries (before the trip and during the stay). The common areas of the condominium (pool, children's games, etc.) were operational and well maintained.

Second time staying in this beautiful house and I would always go again. Very pleasant our stay, it has all the amenities, the house is very cute and very cozy , very clean private condominium, oceanfront house. Jessica is a super host , very friendly and helpful . Easy communication and gave me the details of the most recommended points in the area to go out to eat.

Great house with a lovely view. Plenty of restaurants and tiendas close by and the beach is just a couple minutes away. Great for relaxing or surfing.

Very nice place, the view is the best!!! Waking up and going to bed hearing the waves and smell the ocean made the experience very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Lots to do in walking distance. I had a good time just chilling in the balcony.

Roberto's house is as described, super spacious to spend with family or friends. The pool is big and perfect to be around all day long. Roberto is petfriendly, so we were able to go with our kittens who also enjoyed a lot. As an improvement, I would suggest equipping kitchen utensils a little more, especially if families stay who plan to cook instead of going out to eat in restaurants. Thank you Roberto 😊

Wonderful location in San Bartolo, Ocean Reef is a great place to stay, it has plenty of amenities: beautiful infinite pools, facing the ocean, ping pong, pool table and a nice gym. The apartment is nice, private, cozy and spacious. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, definitely will come next time we are going to San Bartolo.

the location is ideal and the surroundings are stunning. walkable and in a prime location of miraflores. the balcony gives you beautiful views of the ocean and paragliders - makes for great people watching from great heights. beso Frances - a creperie is 2min away for morning coffee runs. you'll be inspired to stay fit on the malecon. larcomar is a 10min stroll. overall great location and value, but be prepared to pack and purchase basic amenities (soap, shampoo, body wash, etc). Wong is a 10min walk and is a great grocery store.

Once again stay in Laura’s place was amazing, this time was for a short time but I enjoyed every single moment in this lovely place. Although Miraflores is considered a central place, the location of the apartment is still close to that neighborhood feeling that I missed so much about Lima, its small shops, its fresh fruit and vegetable stalls that remind me of the taste of my childhood. I’ll be back for sure.

The place was nice and clean and steps away from Kennedy Park and all the shopping and resturants there. I would say the location is the best but everything was nice and mellow with our stay.

The place is beautiful, just like in the photos, and the area is very quiet. The host was super responsive and quick to respond, plus the apartment reception was very accommodating. Very satisfied with our stay.

The view from bed in the primary bathroom was to die for (living and dining rooms had same amazing view). I loved watching the light change and the fog roll in and out and hear the waves crashing. It was my 3rd time in Lima and first time I enjoyed the city and I think it was because I enjoyed the apartment so much. We will be back!
