The house was amazing. very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for each room. Great location about 5 blocks from Parque Kennedy! Very well equipped and has everything you need. The person who takes care of the house is very nice and attentive. The back patio was great for the dogs and there's a cute front patio too with garage. If it's hot, you can just open the many windows for a cool fresh flow of air. Thank you very much - we really enjoyed our stay!

It is a beautiful house very well equipped that serves for Vacacionar, for rest and at the same time for private parties. It's like being home. Rocío is very attentive, responds quickly and has a very good treatment.

Very grateful with Angela, we always had good communication apart from that I always support us in everything with check-in and the location. 100% recommended if you are traveling in a group with friends and families, you have the place very quiet and privacy, it is recommended to go by car since the markets or beaches are a little far from the house, but with a car it is super easy to get. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures - very nice and cozy. The games are a great plus that makes it ideal for relaxing and having fun. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location is perfect, with shops and the river nearby. Also, the host was very attentive and always responded to our doubts quickly and kindly. Excellent accommodation to disconnect from the city and share time with the family. The accommodation is well located (inside a condominium), the pool is large and has everything you need for your stay. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this place, especially for young couples and groups of friends. However, it may not be ideal for seniors or families with small children due to a few design features: • The spiral staircase leading to the second and third rooms can be challenging to navigate. • The master bedroom on the main floor has some tricky steps that might pose a safety risk. • The pool lacks accessible steps, making it difficult for seniors to get in and out. These factors are worth considering based on your needs. We visited with my one-year-old son, my mom (70+), and my grandma (91). While we had to be extremely careful and experienced a couple of heart-stopping moments, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
