Janet was communicative and responsive prior to the stay; and welcomed us in person. The place has a carport for your rental car; comfortable beds; and lots of linens. The kids loved the loft as their own space. Janet was gracious enough to keep our car in the property's car port until we were done with our penguin tour (after checkout time), and was there to meet us when we got back - with a tablet that I had forgotten to pack. She's a very thoughtful host.

Our stay was amazing, we felt right at home. It is a beautiful house, with everything you need for a family with three daughters. Carolina was very friendly and always attentive to our needs.

20 minutes walk from the city center, the host is super enthusiastic and introduced us to the facilities in the house and the restaurants and attractions around us.Great value for money!

Nice space, clean, comfortable and especially warm on more icy days. Convenience store nearby, mall search and cheap Uber. And super safe in general. Warm hosts, and they know the area to help in the sector visit!

Excellent stay, comfortable place and with the essentials for overnight stay, we were coming traveling from Puerto Natales in base treking Torres del Paine, the one that said accommodation has a washing machine considerably facilitated our stay. I would definitely come back.
