Vacation rentals with lake access in Punilla Department

This apartment is in optimal condition, coinciding with everything in what the publication shows, being excellent attention from Maria. We will clearly pick it again.

I'm going to start by saying that the house is a lot nicer once you're there, the view of the lake from the semicircle seen in some images is incredible, so much so that passing midday has shade and during the evenings you have an excellent view of the city of Carlos Paz and the Moon. View from the pool by the way is very good as well. There are 2 toilets on the ground floor, and 2 with a shower upstairs, which solves so as not to end by detonating a bathroom with large groups (there were 12 of us in total). It has a terrace with a nice view that was not used upstairs and a small balcony in one of the rooms. The grill is full. There are enough kitchen utensils. There are several tables, benches, planks and chairs to use outside the house. The house is cool so that in summer you use a fan and you are well, there are mosquito nets in all spaces. We were touched by good neighbors, both of the hotels and the ones below the property

David's attention and concern is always excellent friendly, the dpto is very comfortable and close to everything great place

we enjoyed a few beautiful days. The house was as described. Teresita replied to the messages from the reservation and provide useful information. The beautiful pool with a fantastic view. Pets are accepted which allowed us to share the whole family (our dog). There was a problem with an air conditioner and Teresita knew how to solve it so we could enjoy our stay. Something we value. Mrs. Lily who takes care of the cleaning was very attentive. We hope to repeat in the next few years.

Everything was great! Everything was clean and the house was well equipped. Melisa was very proactive and helped us locate. The location was perfect, close to a small private beach. We had a paddle board and life vests to use and it even helped us get transportation to the airport.

I went on to Villa Carlos Paz for 2 days and Yanina apartment is really nice , you have everything what you need , good location and very clean! I recommend this place to everyone! Jure

We spent a spectacular week in this beautiful home that has a divine park where you can relax and hide from the sun under the trees. The house was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We loved the location and the tranquility of the environment. It was a pleasure to meet eugenia who went to detail with the requests we requested. Surely we will repeat.

The house comes with everything you need to stay. The best is the beautiful view of the lake and the natural environment. Beautiful sunsets!! The house is very comfortable, has air conditioning in almost all environments. Which was great since we had very hot days. Marcello was always attentive, he gave us a lot of information and local recommendations that were very useful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful experience, a unique place, which I would undoubtedly visit again. Nice home and very accessible, thanking Hans and his family for their kindness, they made us feel right at home to our family. Despite having gone without a vehicle you can easily manage either walking in the area or taking collectives a block away. Whether it's shopping to go down to the best part of the river, which is just a few meters away
