Great start and great communication

Nice view from balcony. Clean unit. Just only a little bit complicated to reach from parking lift to the lobby. But luckily a guy showing us the direction to the lobby lift. Overall was good. Nice stay!

I can say that of all the AirBnB that I have stayed in, this is one of the best in terms of location, cleanliness and convenience. The host is also very responsive and accommodating. Even my 2 kids requested to extend the stay as they really like the house. Thank you so much!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Nikki and Catie are amazing and responsive hosts. When I needed help, they were there and I appreciate it. The place was clean and we were able to cook light meals. The jacuzzi tub was the highlight of our stay. My husband and I enjoyed every moment here. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place.

Recently, I stayed at a different accommodation managed by another agent, and I had a troubling experience. When my room's kettle caused an electrical short and the power went out, I called for assistance, but they completely ignored my request. However, the moment I contacted GDragon, they promptly came to my rescue with the help of another staff member. I highly recommend GDragon for their reliability and helpfulness, especially if you're traveling with family. In contrast, I would advise caution when dealing with Garden View, particularly Yvonne, as she can be unresponsive and unhelpful. For dependable service, choose GDragon.

It is a very cozy place to stay in. The instructions were clear. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I had a wonderful 9-night stay at this Airbnb. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was fully stocked with essentials like shampoo, body wash, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap, which added to the convenience. The host was highly responsive both before and after my stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. I would like to suggest adding a boiling pan to the kitchen for added convenience. Highly recommended!

Arale's home stay is very good for anyone planning for a longer duration. Kitchen facility is very good. The host is very supportive. She keeps all the required basic amenities for cooking purpose. It feels like at home. I would definitely visit again if planning for mount austin. I will 100% recommend this place for stay at mount austin.

place is amazing would definitely come again. there was an issue with the check in due to the cleaner timing but host gave me a partial refund without even asking and allowed me to check out later. overall an amazing experience. my kid didn't want to leave the staycation. FYI 2 days 1 night is not enough for the kids to have fun! should book longer next time I go over.

Muhammad is an great and responsive host...And the place is also near to Legoland...And much cheaper than booking at Legoland Hotel. We will definitely come back again.

Chris's house is definitely impressive! With 4 spacious bedrooms and atleast 3 of which has their own bathroom! There's even a 4th bathroom near to the pool so you don't have to wet the whole house after a swim. The private pool definitely is the main highlight of the apartment. The building is easily accessible to the mall at certain timing so you don't have to walk at the busy roads outside. The only downside is the private lift. As it's a private lift with direct access, of course that's only one but there are A WHOLE LOT of other people on the building as well waiting at the same time. This is of course just the building. There are alternative lifts to get to the floor, you just have to be aware of the lift numbers cus it's a little bit jumbled up (i.e the flow is C1, C2, C5, C6 then C4) again, this is just how the building is and other than the lifts, I definitely enjoyed my stay. For the number of people that can fit into the apartment, the price is a steal.

We had a great time staying at the apartment. It was huge and just as described in the photos. My daughter enjoyed the bathtub feature the most. We loved all the amenities and the fact that the location was in close proximity to all the places we wanted to visit.

It was our first trip to JB/Legoland and we decided to stay at this unit with (almost) a sea view. We had a nice experience. Will stay here even the next time.

I recently stayed for 2 nights here and it was clean and nice. Lisa was friendly and responsive to my questions right away. However, one inconvenient aspect was the lifts. There are 4 lifts in the building, but only 2 were operational, which led us to wait about 30 minutes to go up each time, including on the last day when checking out. I even had to walk down around 8 floors to catch the lift because it never come up to my floor for very long which I do not know the reason why. While this isn't the fault of the owner, I think it's worth noting for those planning to stay at this building, especially during peak season. Other than this, I have nothing to say about. Everything was good, especially the location. It is connected to KSL mall with the full of restaurants, nail salons, massage, and shops. I would recommend this place to anyone who fancy the convenience the most in trip, but you want to check again if the lifts are working fine before confirming your stay.

It was a great place - both the unit and the location. A spacious unit for our little one to roam and quite child safe. The pool and children room were great to entertain our LO too. The carpark was bright and clean. 5 lifts so not much waiting. The location of the condo was ideal as it’s at a quiet area with supermarket and convenience store just downstairs. The security of the condo is great too. Perhaps the only inconvenience is the walk from unit to carpark where we need to change lift lobby. Thanks for providing such a great place and being so helpful throughout our stay!

Loved the place. it was nice and had great interior design. liked it as it by the water. service was great. Will definitely recommend this place again. for distance to Legoland, was a mere 10 mins.
