The accommodation was as described and very clean, the location is excellent just a few steps from the pier and with many restaurants nearby, Daniel who welcomed us is very friendly and helpful, 100% recommended.

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Very happy with the place and Pedro’s communication was exceptional. Cant wait to comeback with family again .

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

This place is incredible! Just 5 minutes from the beautiful Cabarete Beach, which is lined with great restaurants and offers plenty of water activities. At the same time, the location is peaceful, clean, and very safe. Elena and Andrey are wonderful hosts—friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the Dominican Republic!

My experience in this villa was spectacular. From the beginning, we felt right at home. The place is impressive: it has a modern and elegant design, but at the same time it's cozy. The rooms are spacious, with super comfortable beds. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully-equipped kitchen, open spaces ideal for relaxing, and a private pool that was the perfect place to enjoy the sun. In addition, the quiet environment allowed me to completely disconnect. Without a doubt, I recommend it 100%. Probably the best villa i stayed in these 4 years i been going to sosua the place is bigger and more beautiful in person and very clean and ayden is a great host he made sure he took his time and explain everything about the house and was there for whatever we needed and places we needed to go great experience

Such a beautiful place with plenty of space and charm. Being close to the open natural Environment - a few bugs maybe spotted in the patio area. Overall a beautiful place and I would stay again.

Place was as pictured. It is out the way but still less than 15 minutes from the action. The back up generator kicked in each time the lights went out. the hot water was on point, we enjoyed the pool and just sitting on that front patio. The living room area could use a ac unit but if you open the door the cool island breeze did just fine would suggest some type of net so when you open the door the wasp don’t get in. Overall a good experience. I would stay again

Very nice villa with enough space , very beautiful and everything was clean and as seen in the pictures , this is my second time staying in this villa and as always is a great villa to stay at , everything is as seen in the pictures and a very nice spot to stay and close to the beach as well.

Theresa and her staff were absolutely wonderful hosts. Everything was taken care of in advance and she was still in contact to make sure everything was perfect . You couldn’t find a nicer host. The villa was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and it was in a beautiful area. I will recommend this villa and Theresa to everyone I know after having such a wonderful experience with her.

We had a blast staying at Rafael's home. The entire home was spotless and very convenient to surrounding stores and activities. the beach is only a 5 minute walk from the residence. Our stay was perfect. Only recommendation i have is to replace some of the outdoor / patio furniture.

Julia’s place was impeccably designed with beautiful personal touches to the aesthetic. In a very quiet residential neighbourhood I would say it is almost mandatory to have a car in order to enjoy all there is to offer in the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a peaceful tranquil stay this is the place for you.

Our second time to rent a place in DR. The location is within walking distance to an amazing beach, small grocery store that offers fresh bread daily, and good restaurants! The home was spacious and very well taken care of, pool service came daily, yard was maintained while we were there. Very private, good interest. Can easily fit 6 or more people. Ana & Jay responded when we had questions, offered info on restaurants and also connected us with a great driver! I highly recommend this place and hopefully we can stay there again.

This place was great. The service was amazing; Rafelina and her staff were kind and helpful. They were there to answer all our questions and help us if we needed anything. My family and I were very pleased with the location and service provided. It was a big group of us so it was nice that we could play music and decorate for a party. I would certainly recommend this place to any friends and family who would like to enjoy a nice getaway or if they want to celebrate a Birthday. The Villa was amazing and looked so beautiful.
