Really the house is very nice with everything you need to spend nice stay, the pool in excellent condition and the large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, we would return another time. Communication with Luis is excellent and fluid, very helpful in everything.

We recommend this house without hesitation. Thank you very much Claudia for your attention and to resolve all our queries quickly. The house was spotless. All the comfortable bedrooms and we loved that all 5 bathrooms had a shower. Fully-equipped kitchen with necessary appliances and utensils. We use the grill. Everything excellent. The location of the house is very good. While it's in the 4th row, you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view. To go to the beach you can go down some stairs right in front of the house or if you prefer to avoid the stairs, you can walk on the right following the path of the path/track down. The sea is delicious. There is a large rock that divides 2 zones: on the left the water has more waves, and on the right there is a kind of pocita with small waves or almost no waves. Both zones have piso and we do not feel that nos jalara. Thanks again!

The house is as shown in the photos, has the equipped kitchen, the beautiful pool and an excellent grill. Everything ok! We had no issues checking in as the communication was great! Yes, I would come back! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience, the place is just as described, lots of space for the family. The main bedroom was huge and had an awesome are to chill and an hammock as well. The kitchen was full of dishes, glasses and appliances including an air fryer. The highlight of the house is the rooftop, which has a pool, a grill and a sitting area. It was so nice and we enjoyed it! The subdivision has 2 pools, one is huge! The kids loved it. And the beach is a just a short walk away. Also, there are couple of stores on site as well as restaurants, so you don’t have to leave. However, if you want you can go to Asia boulevard which was a short ride away. Maria was a great host, she was available and responsive before and during our stay. She was super accommodating and helpful.

Linda beach house, very well located a few minutes from the Boulevard and with easy access to the beach. A plus was the pool that was in good condition. I would come back without hesitation.

I loved the stay at the place, complied with everything stipulated in the notice, the only thing we disliked my family (who had babies) and me, is that unfortunately right in the place next door they smoked a lot and the smell entered the whole house. It was a fact that totally escaped Ainé's hands, but it happened. Outside of that bad time, the house and the care provided by Ainé was very nice. 🫶🏻

Totally recommended! Above all, Herbert's attention and kindness was what encouraged us to stay, since he answered all our questions and concerns. The house is super clean and decorated, the rooms are well maintained and every detail made the place worthwhile!

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful beach house, super functional and with a beautiful view, it was a luxury to be on the terrace and contemplate the sea. Private, safe and clean environment. I would like to express my gratitude for all the work Andrea put into my stay. The location is not that close to the city but that is the reason why we chose it! You can really get away and relax/ enjoy the ocean and many other activities. Extremely secured place. Andrea description and pictures are accurate, she was really really helpful and quick with answering any questions we had. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped, clean and organized the house was. Enrique and Ornella were very attentive in receiving us, they provided us with additional information to enjoy the stay even more. The condominium and its beautiful spaces, thank you very much! As expected, the house tidy, clean, clean rooms and bathrooms with their respective towels, soaps and shampoo if you have not brought. Check-in and check-out can be discussed according to the host's willingness. The condominium is very comfortable, cozy and clean. Liked it and would come back! Great price ☺️

Helena was always very kind and welcoming at all times, her house is as shown in the photos, quite tidy and very well laid out, she allowed us to spend a nice weekend with my family.

Very nice condo, very clean, tidy, there was a restaurant in the pool and also a nice bar, we had a great time the long weekend we were at Tania's house, the house is perfect, it has everything you need and access to the beach is easy and you can go to other nearby condominiums, everything is very good!

Excellent stay at a beautiful condo. Brenda was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything was terrific. Beach is very close. Access to the Interplayas is great for quick shopping trips to the Boulevard. Highly recommended!

From the moment of booking Claudia communicates instantly to provide all the details of the case, the house and location are perfect, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms, clean bathrooms and the pool of the best , it felt like staying much longer, we will definitely be back in the next opportunity. The beach is very close to the corner you already have the sea and from the terrace you can see the beach and a breathtaking view of the peñas where fishing is practiced (I went with my father to fish and we were able to find for our bread with pejerrey and fried). We had an incredible weekend, together with my family we appreciate the attention of the owners who were always available. Thank you so much. 100% Recommended.

Excellent house. Close to the beach.

I spent some excellent relaxing days, I really enjoyed the beach, the pool of the house and the club, all very well with its facilities, and I was able to enjoy tennis and golf. I recommend the piña colada and the drinks of the Bar, please take into account the days that the condomio shop rests to avoid having to look elsewhere, however, there is a store that does delivery; so everything was organized well. Mauricio was always attentive to communications, concerns and always helped us as much as he could. Thank you Mauricio, I hope to come back.
