Ricardo was a great host and the apartment was exactly as described. The communication with the host was perfect. He was friendly and informative. He provided clear instructions and even included photos to make the check-in super simple. The apartment is great and has everything you need. The location is perfect for my needs since my friends live very close. Wallkable to Lacomar with great shops and restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Great place with amazing sunset views from the living room. Perfect if you love surfing as one of the Lima spot is right down the stairs. Several dining and grocery around and great walks in the beautiful parks. we'd gladly come again

This apartment is beautiful, elegantly designed, and spacious. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. As well, the view from the balcony and bedroom windows of the ocean, and especially the sunset at night, is phenomenal. Jhovanna, the host, as well as the staff of the building, were extremely attentive and helpful at all times. The security in the building is also top-tier. The apartment is within walking distance of everything that you could need and in then nicest neighborhood of Lima, Miraflores. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Beautiful location, just across LarcoMar Mall. Very touristic but safe neighborhood, a lot if stuff can be done. I will gladly return.

This is what an Airbnb should be. They are above and beyond all of our expectations. Location is great, view is great, the check-in without keys is great and everything that you may need is there. Don't hesitate to book this place. It is totally worth it.

We had a a large wedding party and Erica's place was perfect! Each room had its own restroom and the enclosed patio area was especially nice. There were nice, useful items like hair driers, irons, and steamers and a well equipped kitchen. The house was walking distance to many restaurants and stores and cultural sites. Erika was very responsive to questions and good at communication. I hope we can return one day!
