Very nice apartment, ocean view and very comfortable

This was our second time staying at Ricardo’s place. It was very enjoyable. Ricardo is an amazing host. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Lima.

Giuliana's place was exactly as described, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Its location was perfect, close to Café Buena Vista, a cozy outdoor café, and El Señorio de Sulco, an excellent restaurant. The apartment is ideal for one or two people, and the building's "conserjes" (guards) were attentive and respectful. Giuliana was reliable and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay at her place again!

Great location, nice place.

This was our first visit to Peru, and this apartment exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better. We walked to many places, and the bus stop is conveniently located nearby. This allowed us to easily get to other districts (with the help and direction of my sister who lives there.) We walked to beaches in Barranco and Miraflores. The concierge always being there added a huge sense of security. We spent a lot of time on the patio - it faces the ocean. The views are spectacular. We loved having so much space to spread out and relax.

Highly recommended!! Great house, everything you need and more is in the house all organized with all the information provided... Location is perfect, right on the Malecon with the ocean view, all the rooms and the beds are very good.. and the house is bigger then it looks on the photos, Best stay in Lima for sure.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view and the location couldn’t have been better; it was central, close to all the major attractions, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. What really made the experience exceptional was the amazing service from the reception team. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available to assist with any questions or recommendations. Their attention to detail made me feel truly cared for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip!

The host went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and he provided us with a large table , utensils and pretty much everything we didn't have and needed . He was always responsive and very friendly

Very good place

We had a very nice stay in Barranco with Matthias and would come back anytime and opt for this Airbnb again. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. In particular, there was also plenty of storage space and space. The location is super close to good cafes and restaurants (thank you again for the great tips). It is relatively noisy in the apartment due to its proximity to a larger street, but we still slept well. In the evening we sometimes had to wait a few minutes at the front door to get in, but Diego, the doorman was very kind.

We had a a large wedding party and Erica's place was perfect! Each room had its own restroom and the enclosed patio area was especially nice. There were nice, useful items like hair driers, irons, and steamers and a well equipped kitchen. The house was walking distance to many restaurants and stores and cultural sites. Erika was very responsive to questions and good at communication. I hope we can return one day!

The view from bed in the primary bathroom was to die for (living and dining rooms had same amazing view). I loved watching the light change and the fog roll in and out and hear the waves crashing. It was my 3rd time in Lima and first time I enjoyed the city and I think it was because I enjoyed the apartment so much. We will be back!
