Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pueblo Bavaro

This is one of the few private residence complex surrounded by all inconclusive resorts. The place is well attended by staff and security and the beach shuts down at 9pm during winter. This unit is on the ground floor and faces the white sandy beach. Easy access to 3 pools and the ocean. Unit does have a washer but no dryer and you will be charged for electricity at check out which was about $12 for 2 nights. This unit would be perfect if it screens to the lanai, a dryer, and a big water heater. There is only one place you can eat right on the beach owned by the complex, other hotels only serves their guests so you would need transportation to go into the city. There’s nothing you can really do outside the complex and there are some activities you can do the beach in front, such as kiteboarding, swim with dolphin experience, rent a boat/catamaran. There’s a local mall with lots of eatery and an adventure park on the main road about 10 min drive. It’s a great place for our family 6

This apartment is excellent. It is spacious, comfortable with a very good location design, 200 m reais from the beach. The supermarket 10 minutes away makes it easy to stay as a family. The pool is great, too. Everything just like the photos. Great bedding and whitewasher. We really enjoyed this vacation.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Pricillas apartment for 2 month during the winter 2016. The apartment is located in a very nice neigborhood and right by the beach. The apartment is wunderful, its very modern and has all the things you need for a long time stay. There is a big pool, gym and laudry room. Pricilla was an awesome host. She offerts to get us taxis, recomended restaurants and nightclubs. If we ever had any questions or such she helped us immidiatly. During our stay we mostly stayed in Punta cana so this was a perfect home away from home for us. We are looking forward to come back here one day in the future. We definately recomended it.

We had a beautiful stay at Jenny’s house it was like we were at a private resort villa but felt like home in every way possible ! Also having Brenda around as well was great we just visited to enjoy the villa and ocean but was catered to in the most welcoming way. While Jenny was so helpful kind and responsive to any and everything she treated us like family! We would recommend 10/10 everything and would return to visit with family & friends you will not be disappointed !

Great Apartment ! Very clean , quiet , spacious , well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds and nice showers (hot water)... Nice furniture and really relaxing . The covered balcony was my favorite area !! I spent my mornings and evenings on this balcony--WOW !! Truly relaxing and peaceful , so nice to have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful palm tress ....The pool at the complex was wonderful and clean. Short walk (3 min) to many cafe's / bars / rest. The host was quick to respond and very helpful if needed. Check in / out was easy with no problems. Property has security and I always felt "safe" while being on the property.

First of all Nader is a very nice host. He speaks English French and Spanish. Very nice place, the appartement is huge, nicely decorated, ( you can see on the pictures ), wide screen TV, sound system, really good internet reception. The appartement is on the third floor and on the sunny side, so wen you are on the balcony you have the sunshine all day and you are on top of the palm trees, very nice. For the location, getting out of the complex, turning left you are really at 350 feet from the ocean, ( the beach is superb, endless, the water is clear and worm ), and turning right you find in a range of 350 feet, restaurants, bars, 2 little grocery stores, 1 pharmacy and the bus stop that brings you directly to the big shopping center. I was there 30 days, 30 days of sunshine, average 30 degrees and the beach, can't get better then that.

Nomar was an excellent host and Juanita and her team were amazing chefs! The location was exceptional just a few steps from the beach and had free access to villas Blanca which was a blast! Would definitely book here again!

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Patrick place is in nice neighborhood with a golf course and is a very quiet environment. Had a little situation at the gate with the security but the owner was able to resolve it.

Stunning view and great, spacious, well-equipped apartment. Like any rental, there are always some things that could improve (specifically the sliding doors to the outside that did not shut or lock properly), but overall the place was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful and the buildings concierge helped arrange taxis and golf cart rentals, along other things. We stayed for two weeks with three small children and found it very nice to stay in and the area was very safe. Super close to Maralia restaurant and Api beach, ice cream shop, marina, etc. The pools were huge and never crowded.

We loved the condo and Stanza Mare. Adriana was friendly and helpful. She responded quickly when we had a question. The pool and beach are fantastic! Restaurants are close by and very good.

The apartment was 5 minutes away from the airport and 10-15 minute drive to everywhere else (Bávaro Downtown, Playa Blanca,etc). There's a shopping center across te stress with restaurants and stores which was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and charming, plenty of space to house 4 people and also has 2 terraces. I would recommend this place to a friend and wouldn't mind staying here again. The host was very efficient and responsive.

3 couples stayed at the sanctuary for 1 month. We had a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo with a penthouse suite and a great rooftop patio! The place was great, had every thing we needed, Jackie and Leon we there to make sure we were comfortable. Every one wanted the master penthouse suite, so we drew numbers to decide, but all three suites were great! We all used the penthouse patio, some to read a book or suntan or get together for cocktails.Jackie arranged transportation to and from the airport which was great, plus the driver made a stop at Jumbo( large grocery store) to get some supplies to cook at the condo. Although we did go out to many of the great restaurants in the area. Some of our favourites were Trebol, Citrus, La Bruja Jellyfish and Kats Corner!The condo was equipped with everything you needed to make a meal or drinks. Jackie explained everything very well about the condo (rules etc) and took us on a tour of the area.She answered all our questions. We will definitely be back!

Very conveniently located inside Punta Cana Resort and Club. If you are traveling with family (in my case 3 adults and two toddlers) and don’t have the budget to rent a full villa, this apartment is the best choice, it has a great lawn area (common area of the apartment complex) where the kids can run and is right next to the pool. In our case the host let us use the golf-cart to go to the beach in La Cana club (5min drive). Julio is a super-host, very communicative and always available. Will definitely rent again in my next trip to Punta Cana

This place was everything we could have wished for on our little getaway. It was safe, comfortable, and Monica was amazing. Monica was willing to give many recommendations and made us feel at home the second we arrived. The place is walkable to both the beach and tourist areas. If resort living is not your style, this place still made it feel like you were in paradise. When we ran out of necessities, Monica was so kind to let us know where to get more. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway. Thanks for hosting my friends and me!
