The place is very cute, better than the photos. Very welcoming and familiar. Worry to keep the place and go implementing improvements are noticeable. The host a 7, good disposition, friendly. We were greeted by the owners who attended us and explained everything with details and they always had the arrangement because the stay was the best possible. We really enjoyed the place. The location is very good because it is minutes from the beaches in Cachagua and has the tranquility and company of nature.

It was what we wanted to end the year connected to nature, in a quiet and peaceful setting. The house is very comfortable, the spaces are spacious. It is very nice that all the pieces give towards the patio where the pool is. We went with our dogs and it was very comfortable because the enclosure is 100% fenced, they could not escape. The main living is of great height, very spacious, in general very nice the design of the house. Communication with Eduardo is always very fast and pleasant, he is very friendly and attentive. And the person in charge of the house, Mrs. Eva, lives right in front so it is also very practical to come if you have any questions. I would come back anyway, we had a great time and had a good rest.

The Parcela de Fabián is wonderful! I had everything you need to spend a few days with family and friends, the great quincho area, the clean and cute pool, the vibe you feel there to be surrounded by nature and beautiful trees is definitely special! Don José's attention is a 7, always attentive and available; excellent neighbor! Fabián and Jacqueline always attentive and concerned about our stay, certainly super recommended!

It is a perfect place to spend time as a family, the house with all the amenities indicated, lots of privacy, close to the beach and supermarkets and convenience stores. A little detail was resolved right away and in the best way possible. Super clean everything and very well equipped the house, we had an excellent time!!!. Great host!! Highly recommended

Enrique is a very concerned host! She gave me everything with luxury and detail, so it was very easy to adapt to the house. The house is very comfortable for several people, either because it has several rooms as for the common spaces that are quite spacious! The only detail I would give is that there are no double beds, to consider if they go couples. The beautiful view! And very close to the beach and downtown Papudo!

Excellent location to disconnect from the big city, surrounded by nature and beaches. The host is always very attentive to the needs of her guests, always counting with willingness and fluidity in communication, and respecting privacy during the visit. The access road is dirt and somewhat spotty, however in a front-wheel drive car was enough to get there smoothly. Commerce away from the location, recommended to arrive with ready provisions.
