The Slate House was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and could sleep many. The location on the pond was so perfect for morning coffee and the hot tub nice for an evening soak. Lindsey was vey quick to respond to any questions we had. Chatham is great location mid cape for a girls weekend away. Chatham Bars inn for lunch, shopping, drinks in P Town and dancing to a great band at The Chatham Squire, all fun. Would recommend The Slate House !!

The Penny's House is close to all the beaches, great restaurants and the bike path is accessible via the back of the property which we loved. Her house is beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware you needed to make family dinners together. My family was very comfortable with out stay here! The cottage was just as described and better! We had every thing we needed to cook in. The outdoor space was perfect. The location was ideal as it was close to Chatham Center, local beaches, bike trail and not far from the National Seashore. We didn’t need Mike but he was available the one time we did! We would definitely come back.

The house worked out great for a girls’ weekend. Walk to the beach, hot tub and short drive for shopping and dining. House had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore but still peaceful and quiet. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local tips, which made our trip even better. The outdoor space was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We can't wait to come back on our next trip! Highly recommend staying here.

Dennis was easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly. Dennis was very helpful. The house was clean and close to the village. The rainy day was saved by the board games provided, creating new memories. Outstanding decorations. Highly recommend this super host! :)

Nice private house with lots of bedrooms, a pool and nice grounds. House was very clean. We had a great time with our family. Can walk to a few places in town, but need to get into the car for most. The Dennis beaches were great and just a short drive away. Would recommend this place for families. The house has access to Scargo Lake, which is nice, but it is a bit of a hike down a good-sized hill. Host was nice and responsive to questions.

We had the best holiday spent at beyond the beach. This house has everything we could have needed, toys for kiddos which we appreciated and organized and clear instructions for every step of the way. Cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful week staying at Melissa and George’s Airbnb. The place was the perfect size for our family, a great place to hang out in between activities and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was heavenly and perfect for drying wet stuff from the beach. Lots of great amenities (chairs, boogie boards, etc) to use as well for our many trips to the beach and nearby lakes. Plenty of games to choose from too. The foosball table in the basement was a nice bonus. The hosts gave helpful recommendations and there was plenty of fun things to do within a short drive. Would highly recommended this place!

This was our second time to stay at Glenn’s townhome. He is an excellent host, responsive, and friendly making for a wonderful experience every time! We absolutely love his property! Great space, great location, and just as described! It’s in walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in Ptown. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a really great stay and it was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy a wedding that was nearby. The home is comfortable and perfect for cooking and hanging out. Loved the backyard. The bed (at least the one in the master bedroom) was super comfortable for my bad back. Be sure to bring shampoo etc and you’ll have a wonderful time.

This home is perfect for a get away especially with dogs. It’s a very quiet area & there property is nicely secluded away from others! I would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to staying there again for wellfleet oyster festival weekend!

We loved our stay at Starfish Cottage. It felt cozy and comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen and welcoming, richly furnished rooms. The fireplace was perfect as we visited in December. There was quite a lot going on around the holidays in the communities around, and a lot of places were still open off season. Aruna was a very helpful, responsive and accommodating host.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Cottage in early November. The cottage itself is full of charm and it’s very relaxing to sit and enjoy the views of the pond from almost every room. We brought our dogs and the neighborhood was great for walking them. Meg also thoughtfully provided us with local recommendations which we appreciated, and loved our trips into Dennis for groceries, meals, and coffee. We can’t wait until we can plan our next trip back to the Cape to stay in Meg’s cottage.

Our time at the Antone Marshall Home was like staying at our own tucked-away cottage. The surroundings are private, the house was clean and comfortable and had plenty of kitchen equipment to make meals at home. We really enjoyed the natural light coming in from the sky-lights during the morning. Deborah is a wonderful resource about the house and where to go in the surrounding towns. Would stay again.

We loved our weekend at Karen's place! The house was cozy and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (including treats for our pup)! The yard and deck were nice and private, and the house was conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, and not far from the water. Karen made us feel right at home!

This is our 2nd stay at Marie’s cottage. We love the peaceful environment (patio area especially), the pool, the proximity to the local beach (1 mile) & the proximity to Nauset Beach (20 mins) and the outdoor shower.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

Perfect stay - just be sure to bring or order sheets and towels!

It was a great stay. Already booked again. I read the reviews (complaints) and had concerns about cleanliness, laundry at checkout, and spiders. No issue at all! There was 1 spider outside, and the house was spotless. Checkout expectations were perfectly reasonable and doable. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you off-the place was awesome and the beds were more comfortable than my bed at home!

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the upstairs apartment was very clean. There is quick access to local beaches and restaurants. We would stay again!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.
