We had a great time in this residence, absolute tranquility. Pool and garden always clean and tidy. Staff and maintenance staff are always available for any unforeseen events. Value added private beach reachable with 400 steps. Also workable by my 3-year-old daughter. We'll definitely see you again!

Great place to unwind and relax with family! Beautiful little beach. The house is almost like an extension of the shore - incorporating stones from the beach into its materials. Jump out of the ocean straight on to the porch. We had a great time there. I wonder how full it gets in midsummer, we were there in October and it was very quiet and peaceful. We were greeted with smiles and joy just lovely all around. Simona left us Prosecco, fruits from her garden, coffee and more. We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Anna place was perfect for our family of 6. 2 min walk to the beach, beautiful beach and great food. The roof top patio was perfect for sun sets and a peace drink at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Francesca is a very friendly and helpful hostess. She waited for us until late at night to accompany us to Casa Serena. At Casa Serena, we felt right at home. The Tersse is in love and we will miss it. The beach can be reached quickly on foot and the stairs you have to climb when you return did not bother us. Casa Serena has everything you need for a nice vacation. The beds are very comfortable and also pillows are very good. We enjoyed the time at Casa Serena and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

I can’t thank Pasquale enough for making our stay in Tropea superb. The location of the house could not get better, 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the city centre. Pasquale was extremely accommodating to our enquiries, always available for any questions we had. We will definitely come back. Thank you again for everything Pasquale.

Unit was accurately described on line and was very clean. Location as described also.. very close to grocery stores and 10 minutes to center. No matter where you stay in Tropea getting to the beach requires either steep hill or many stairs (approx. 100-300 depending on where you choose the route to get there) In front of Guiseppe place it is a hill no stairs. We had been to Tropea before so were aware of this. Guiseppe lives within the complex so was always readily available to answer any questions. We loved our stay there and will return.

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

This was our first trip to this area and we hope to return. The location of Angelo’s place was an excellent base to explore the area. We enjoyed the beach below and did some snorkelling with lots of fish. We did not require much from Angelo while there but when we did he responded promptly and was very friendly. We would highly recommend Angelo’s place!

Marinas place was just what we needed for our time in Tropea. It had a secure place for us to park our car, beautiful views and comfortable bed. It’s ideal location makes it walkable to the town center, in about 10 minutes we were by all the shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved the outdoor space of Marina’s home to relax, read and enjoy the sun. Marina is a fantastic host, helping us find our way to her place, giving local restaurant recommendations and responded quickly to our questions. We felt well taken care of by her! We look forward to returning 🤗

Splendid location with fantastic panoramic views all day from sunrise to sunset. Super quietly located within a olive orchard and a lovely garden. Tropea and beaches easily accessible by car.

It's a beautiful place nicely decorated and located in the old town some 10 minutes away from the beach with sea views You could not find a better place to stay in Pizzo.

Spacious, clean apartment just outside of the old city. Easy to walk to the train station, restaurants, beach-although lots of stairs. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift which was very nice to have.Washing machine a huge plus. Beautiful views from the balcony. Plenty of storage space. So glad I chose this place.

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

Alexei’s place is fantastic and exactly as depicted in the Airbnb listing. The location is ideal, with the beach within walking distance in either direction. The area is well-equipped with pharmacies, grocery stores, bodegas, convenience stores, and souvenir shops just a few steps away from the apartment. We dined at restaurants recommended by Alexei and found them to be excellent. The Airbnb provides beach chairs, an umbrella, a floater, beach hats, a fish net, and a laundromat. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a dining table on the patio with a breathtaking view of the ocean, sunsets, and sunrises. The house is air-conditioned and stocked with snacks, drinks, alcohol, towels, and toiletries. It's truly a wonderful place to stay. Definitely will stay there again!

Luca is an excellent host, friendly and always ready to help! from the beginning he gave us a guide to all the sights. The apartment is as in the photos, it is fresh and when it is too hot it has portable air conditioning (it works well) it has a huge terrace! It has everything you need! Ricadi Station is 20 min on foot. Groticelli beach 5 min, Tropea 15 min (all by car) Everything was very beautiful, the beaches in general are wonderful and we will certainly repeat. Thanks Luca :)

Since we arrived at the time we left, Alessandro was an absolutely fantastic host. Upon our arrival, he personally welcomed us, helping us with luggage and giving us a tour of his beautiful apartment. He also gave us great tips for breakfast and nearby beaches to visit. During our stay, Alessandro was readily available to answer all our questions whenever we sent him a message. The apartment is a short walk from wonderful beaches, has an incredible view of the sea and a large terrace that was perfect for watching the sunset or having our coffee in the morning. Looking forward to booking this beautiful apartment again!

Giovanni's apartment was as described in the listing. Everything we needed was in the apartment and we were greeted with a basket of breakfast items. We were very fortunate to have Giovanni's father pick us up from the train station, even though the train was 2 hours late. The city center and the stairs down to the waterfront are both approx. 10 minutes walking distance. Many restaurants, shops and grocery stores in the area. The day of departure, again we were lucky to get a ride to the train station by Giovanni's mother. A very nice caring family that wants you to have a great stay in Tropea. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

New apartment in great location, pleasant hosts! Within 5 minutes via stairs on a Caribbean dream beach, deserted, at least in September. Great terrace with sea and stream Boli views, daily sunset. Supermarkets nearby, car required. Also to Pizzo you should only drive by car. Beach bars were already closed in September, everything was very peaceful and quiet. Great clean sea with high temperatures, beach unfortunately heavily plastic littered

Pietro was wonderful to work with! He was very friendly and met us at the apartment, gave us a good tour and explanation of how things worked and about the area with recommendations. Communication was excellent. He was very responsive to our needs. The house is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and very clean. The balconies are a great place to sit and enjoy coffee or wine and watch the sun rise from the bedroom balcony. The location is great being a short easy walk from the train station. The coast is just a few minutes walk with beautiful views and sunsets. Beaches are within walkable distance. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. Briatico was a nice town that isn’t overrun with tourists so it was great to spent time in an authentic Italian town yet it’s only a 10 minute train ride to Tropea. We recommend this place and would love to return in the future.
