Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Province of Teramo

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Riccardo's place is tidy and very clean. Inside we found dishes, body detergents, towels, fon, and an air conditioner in the bedroom. Riccardo was available, proactive and accurate; he was able to recommend parking and restaurants. Outside, compared to the photos, the hammock was missing. The area is very quiet half anhour from Pescara. Despite the positive opinion, I point out some details that can be improved: Lack of curtains, cluttered outdoor storage and therefore not pleasant to see if you use the garden, sometimes noisy boiler.

It was our first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have gone better than that! 🤩 Easy to find, clean and with everything you need for your stay We had a great time with our dog, with the fenced garden to make him enjoy the vacation too, which was essential for us The house is ideal for unplugging and enjoying relaxation in tranquility, both day and night Roberto is a super helpful and very kind Host, even for any questions or advice for visiting the area and its surroundings! 😄 We felt at home and we absolutely recommend it, we would go back right away!!

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-equipped with everything. The breathtaking view of the valley and the silence are priceless! It's a newly renovated country house with a kitchen in the dining room with a working fireplace and TV. There are 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms + one for studio use and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with new and good quality pots, plates, glasses, pans, etc. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

Staying at Alessandra’s place was one of our favourite ever family vacations! We cannot talk highly enough of just how perfect everything was - amazing welcome, all the amenities required, super clean, beautiful surroundings, so much space and things to do… we just loved the pool, different dining areas, bbq and using the authentic pizza oven for was an amazing highlight for us! Alessandra and her partner were amazing hosts and super friendly/communicative. We have already booked for next year! Thank you so much!

La Butella was a beautiful home away from home. The views of the mountains, sea, and countryside were incredible. The hosts went out of their way to give us an authentic Abruzzo experience. The place was spectacular, the people were wonderful, and the whole experience was something we will never forget. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

The house was really lovely, not too big, not too small, quiet. You can really unplug and enjoy nature. I was there for a long weekend, to learn something and relax, and it works really well. The house is simply furnished and in a basic state, for lovers of luxury this will not be enough. I am a fan of simplicity and tranquility to escape everyday life, for people like me it is perfect. It's also a great place with kids or dogs. Unfortunately it was April and I couldn't try the pool, but it's really huge. Thanks to Francesco's mother, it's really fabulous. Thanks also to everyone for the communication and for everything.

We had wonderful and relaxing days in Scerne. Scerne itself is a peaceful little resort without hustle and noise. There is a bakery and a small supermarket, ice cream parlor, and these typical Italian bars. Everything on walking distance Beach is a 2-minute walk to a small field via a small field. It is a pebble beach and because we have already read that in the reviews we had such thin sleeping mats and bathing shoes for the children. Always fresh, pleasant wind! The beach is therefore really very nice and not overcrowded in August. The water was very clean and has a beautiful light blue color. There is also a wide meadow strip with palm trees if you want to lie in the shade. Beach bar is also provided. Directly on the coast is a nice bike path and if you want you to go to Roseto ( there are also sandy beaches )or Pineto and there is really something going on, especially in the evening! Marino lends bikes and we used them often. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and music. People are very friendly in general and English is spoken almost everywhere. We had chosen Abruzzo as a holiday destination also because of the unique mountains and it is really breathtaking! A hiking day up there is a worthwhile ( sturdy shoes required! ) It would be a shame to only reduce this area to the beautiful sea! Here are some words about the place: I am very happy to join the other reviews. The family is very, very hospitable and strives to allow the vacationers a nice time. Everything is very lovingly prepared upon arrival! From dishwasher tablets, detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and wine is somehow available! The fridge is filled with water and milk and special highlight: fresh vegetables from their own garden! The family lives upstairs in the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small separate terrace. Everything very clean and maintained! The contact is very unobtrusive and pleasant! The little cute Opi brought us fresh fruit and vegetables every day. There are two curious dogs in the family who are really sweet and like to be petted. Everything was perfect for us! If we can still afford a vacation next year, with all the increased prices in Germany we🤣🤣🤣🤣'd love to come back.

Very nice and clean apartment. Large outdoor space for dogs. Very helpful host and neighbors. Flexibility on check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for a couple of weeks with a 4 year old boy. Impeccable apartment, double bedroom, equipped living room and kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, large and very comfortable shower, parking at the entrance of the Villa really comfortable. Mila is an excellent host, kind and courteous and always available for any need and at any time! The house's location is optimal especially for those like us, traveling with a child, looking for comfort. Nearby shopping center, mini market, bar and beach really 500 meters away (both equipped and not). Great experience, we will definitely consider it for the next vacation. Thanks Mila, see you next time!

I only have good words for this place. Exactly as described and the host goes beyond to help his guest. A must place to stay.

With the family we returned to Denise after the first great experience because we had a great time. How we were in our house! It is now a fixed point within our trips, if there is a stop to plan, we know exactly where and by whom to do it!

Nicola's place is an apartment in a small building, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The house was very spacious, the rooms are simple but cozy, the bathrooms and kitchen have everything you need. The whole house was very clean upon our arrival and there is ample availability of parking. The garden is not private, but it is common to the entire building, although during our stay we did not meet other people. However, there was no gazebo with seats as shown in the photo. Nicola and his wife were very helpful and welcoming, I highly recommend this place.

We stayed there the last two weeks of July. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the outdoor spaces of both the apartment and the common areas (large garden, playground, barbecue). The owners, who reside on site, are extremely courteous and helpful. The beach, both private and public, is just a two-minute drive away, the village is ideal for families and has everything (supermarkets, shops, clubs, etc.). Very nice seafront and the adjacent bike path surrounded by greenery. We had a great time, great choice!

Sandro was a true legend. Very friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the stay, very peaceful and lovely to have a pool right at hand. You’ll need a car to get around in the area, but if you do it’s perfect to get both the beach and a relaxing location. Can recommend!
