Erika and Attilio: two really friendly people, available, always present for every request. They offered us all the wonders of the surroundings: from the most beautiful beaches to restaurants. They also proved to be two wonderful people for how they welcomed us, they made us feel at home, always with a smile on our lips and always ready to exchange a few words; they met all our needs, especially in the check-in and check-out, giving us the opportunity to be able to use the apartment in advance at the set time and to be able to take advantage of a shower in the afternoon before departure. Wow, wow, wow - we loved it all! Helen is an extraordinary host - friendly, has lots of helpful tips, cares about the well-being of the guests. Wonderful communication and at the same time mindful of privacy. The apartment is unique: huge kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Comfortable beds, great living room. The highlight is the all-around balcony overlooking olive grove, mountains and the sea. We can fully recommend this accommodation. Note: You live together with 3 cats and a very lively but incredibly lovely dog. Thanks Helen!

Particularly noteworthy is the good location of the apartment: at least ten beautiful beaches are very close. The nearest beach, Foddini, is even within walking distance. So you already need a car, but you don't sit in it for long! Cardedu itself is a pretty uninteresting little town, but there is everything you need. For larger purchases, Bari Sardo is not far away. The apartment is small but functional. Unfortunately, only one very tiny balcony where you could hardly sit for two. I would have liked to have had a seating area in the garden. But that was also the only drawback. The air conditioning worked flawlessly - important in the hot summer. During our stay, there was always a problem with the water, which was always solved on the spot. We felt really comfortable overall and would be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable. The place was very clean and we didn't miss anything. We've never had such warm and caring landlords. Mauro helped us with restaurant reservations, gave us excursion tips and was always eager to support us in all activities. Our daughter was delighted with the donkeys, cats and dogs. The great and quiet location was centrally located to Cagliari and the south and west coast, surrounded by nature. A dream! This place is highly recommended. Had a great vacation!

🏖️ Our vacation with Francesco was great. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this stay if you need peace and quiet. 🌄The well-kept property has a beautifully landscaped garden/olive grove. The pool was always very clean and had a pleasant temperature. 🛌 The apartment is large, very clean and easy to keep cool thanks to the airconditioners. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with equipment. The bed slept wonderfully! 🍳Breakfast is optional. The set table is waiting for you in the shade, with beautiful views. Warm or fresh items were brought as soon as you sat at the table. Everything was delicious! Definitely try the homemade yogurt and the 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communicates proactively, gives tips related to the area (=a map of Sardinia on which he indicated everything). Francesco respects your privacy and is never intrusive. He is always available via what's app. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. 🙏

The place was absolutely amazing. The view is incredible and the house is also very pretty, neat and spacious. The road to the house was terrible tho, we did hire a 4x4 car and even the good drivers had a hard time climbing the road. Luckily if the passengers stepped out the car, it was easier to climb. But still a bit of a hassle. The communication with the lady was perfect, she is so kind and warm. A bit of issues with the toilets flushing but we still definitely recommend this house as the view is perfect, it's close to the beach and the house is surrounded by a peaceful environment.

This place is seriously beautiful! A peaceful olive farm with beautiful views to the sea, very nice and private. The house was stunning too, pristine and clean, the fridge stocked with lovely local produce, and a lovely terrace and outdoor shower. The photos do not do it justice! Great location too - being short driving distance to beaches and nice restaurants and towns to explore. The host was very friendly, responsible and really helpful. Lovely holiday overall!

Pleasant week at Alessandro's. His house is functional, pleasant to stay in, the rooms are large except the kitchen is a little tight. The outside is the bonus: outdoor kitchen, pretty garden, beautiful terrace. The first "beautiful" beaches are located at least 30 minutes' drive away. The airport is 20 minutes away, as is the center of Cagliari. The house is ideally located to travel all over the south of the island but it will take you 45 to 90 minutes by road each time... We visited Pula, Chia, Villasimius, San Sperate, the islands of Sant'Antoccio and San Pietro. A big thank you to Alessandro, very responsive, welcoming and who always responded to our requests.

A real slice of paradise! We stayed "only" 3 days but everything was perfect. The accommodation is very well arranged and lacked nothing! And what to say about this lovely pool... The estate is very large and Francesca kindly allowed us to pick her delicious tomatoes! Thank you for all these attention!

It was a beautiful experience, even if just for one night the connection with nature that there is in this place you can feel it all. The tent is really spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower just out there in the middle of the space nature 😉 There are plenty of hammocks to watch the stars at night and relax when you need it, the vast space around unspoiled allows you to get away from everyday reality. Ramona is very nice and super welcoming! Experience we recommend, thank you Ramona!

We returned to this facility after preserving a great memory of Jenni and Marco for several years We have booked in a new apartment of very recent construction and the same construction rules have been maintained, such as L eco sustainability. The place, as always, is peaceful and for us it has been beautiful to relive what we have never forgotten: a fantastic starry sky, what is new for us because we live in the city and do not have these kinds of things As always, highly recommended!!

We stayed as a couple with Jenny and Marko and had a wonderful time. The place is cozy and peaceful to rest after having a bath in the sea or explore the surrounding with nice restaurant recommendations of Jenny. Thank you for hosting us and hopefully see you again.
