Villa vacation rentals in Province of Salerno

A great stay! Luigi was very welcoming and waited up late to let us in after a long flight delay, even delivering us some fresh pastries in the morning. The villa was exactly as described with great views of the sea. The roads were very narrow up to the house so we parked ~100m away from the house and walked up the hill.

Very special place The house is amazingly decorated Invest in cooking utensils, pots pans, etc., and more kitchen towels, and then the place will be perfect

The villa is really all bloomed, very cozy. There's everything for a big company. Everyone is happy. We love to cook on our own, we didn't have enough knives. All photos match. We felt right at home. We recommend it!!!!

The father and son family were great and very accommodating. The views from the villa are just spectacular and breathtaking! We virtually had the entire space all to ourselves and our kids loved the pool. Giacomo also served breakfast for us every morning. I wish we could've stayed longer. I've recommended this place to friends and family already.

Beautiful house, very clean and well equipped. Gorgeous surroundings, perfect spot to disconnect from stressful city life. Pity we couldn't enjoy the restaurant in the site.

It was great. Our expectations were met and exceeded. The location of the house is optimal. The various supermarkets, the various restaurants, the post office and the long sandy beach are within walking distance. The small village is very charming and beautiful. Sacha the host was very good. Communication was easy, fast and straightforward. We were able to enjoy our vacation 100%! The pool was very clean and even up to 2.5 m deep. The outdoor shower even has hot water. The barbecue area is very cozy and very well lit even when it is dark. The house is very well furnished from A to Z. On the beach, there are also small restaurants with drinks, snacks, chairs and shade. The people in the village are very nice and you can find everything for shopping. It even has a butcher, a greengrocer and more. Thanks a lot Sacha, we'll come again

We enjoyed a week in Positano, the property was spotless and well appointed as well it is perfectly located with grocery, cafe and restaurants within 4mins walk. Walking downhill to the beach, restaurants and shopping in Positano was approx. 15mins, walking home however was much more work uphill, though we did enjoy the exercise. Happily the internal bus routes passes close by within 4mins walk. We will return to this property!

We found this home last minute. We were staying in another accommodation which went terrible and we had to leave. We were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this place was specially compared to our other stay. Everything worked perfectly, WiFi, ac/heating, water. Everything was perfect. You are up the steps about 20 minutes down to the central locations of Positano, if you don’t like steps this may be an issue but everything in Positano is vertical so this will be the case for most places. We highly recommend this stay.

Laura’s Sunshine Villa is even better than the pictures and description. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Would come back here again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend to everyone. True paradise with unbelievable views. Laura is a top notch host and answered all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We fell in love with Positano and Laura and her wonderful villa helped to ensure it was one of our best vacations ever! Thanks Laura, you are truly best in class! We can’t wait to come again!!! First..the property was absolutely breathtaking, not going to lie, there are many steps getting to the villa but worth it…the whole town is full of steps but the small town of 600 is charming. Miriam and Francesca were wonderful hosts, always available for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this villa.

The Villa was beautiful and matched the pictures on the site. My group of six had enough room to spread out. Having the pool was a real plus because there are a lot of stairs and the beach is rocky (definitely need beach shoes). The Villa's furniture has not been updated but it added to the charm. There are wonderful views from every level. There are a lot of stairs in Positano and the Villa is no exception. From the drop off point to the Villa is over 100 steps going down. Do yourself a favor and pay for the porter service. It is worth every penny. We did not upon arrival and had to carry about 9 bags but luckily we had 4 teenagers. I cannot say enough about the place but Monica (host) was the best. She had several food items ready upon our arrival and gave local recommendations. I cannot recommend this Villa enough for your next Positano vacation. You will not be disappointed.

Davide was an excellent host, extremely responsive! He met us in person and even stumbled upon a parking spot on the street closeby, which he stood by; thus, saving for us🏡 We loved the timeless classic elegance of this well kept home. It felt like a ‘Step back in Time’ of ‘Days Gone By’. And, the exterior porches provided fabulous views of the coastline and fireworks on Saturday night. We’d love to return to Positano!

The views are amazing. We had tons of space and loved the loungers by the sea. The apartments and hosts were awesome. I would stay here again. We loved it!

We had an amazing week there. The whole house and the garden were gorgeous. Roberta was very helpful in everything.

Ilaria was a wonderful host and our home was beautiful. We were there for my son’s karting and it was a great escape at the end of the day. Unfortunately because we were at the track all day we didn’t get to use the beautiful pool. The view is absolutely incredible. The home is wonderfully appointed and has all this need. We cooked dinner most nights. There are three grocery stores within about 10 minute drive. The house was very clean and Ilaria was wonderful sending us anything we needed. She brought up laundry detergent and extra pillows when we needed it. The property cats were adorable and my son loved going outside and saying hi. The only thing I would mention is to get this great view the driveway in is a bit daunting. It’s nothing you can’t manage but maybe not for the faint at heart or someone who is uncomfortable behind the wheel of a car. Overall we LOVED our experience and would return. Thanks Ilaria!

We choose this villa short notice as had to cancel in portugal due to Covid. Claudio was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The villa is breathtaking, beautifully designed and built with great care. With a family of 8 I was looking for space and the villa was perfect. Every area gives amazing views of the hills, valleys, town and sea. My favourite was from my bedroom. I will miss that breathtaking view from 2 sides of the room mainly glass . The kitchen had everything we needed as we mainly stayed in the villa and cooked together. We did go out and explore . We hired a little car which was handy but the kids choose to walk down to Cava de Terreni which took about half an hour and a good work out back up the hill. The town has a nice centre to explore, with restaurants, cafes and clothes shops. The town comes alive in the evening with families eating out and shopping. There is a little supermarket nearby good for bread, milk, eggs etc and a larger one in the town for a big shop. Public transport is good and very cheap. We caught the train to Pompeii from Cava and it was €2.50 and took maybe 25 minutes. An amazing day trip back in time. We pre booked the tickets and the positive side about travelling during a pandemic was that the streets of Pompeii were empty so our experience was extraordinary. After relaxing in the pool and walking up and down the hill we ate dinner under the stars with an uninterupted view of the twinkling lights of Napoli. The balustrade is glass. We all spent a lot of time staring at the clouds and the surrounding view which was important for us to take time to relax. I loved walking around the villa, the garden, the stylish carp pool with a little bridge over to the self contained apartment my daughter and boyfriend stayed in. The interior is filled with interesting art and beautiful things but my favourite was the staircase as you enter set into the rocks. We were very lucky to have found it. A perfect stay

Amazing villa, we really enjoyed our stay with friends, host is super friendly (even borrowed us a bigger pan for cooking), we also loved pool and terrace! The only downside was that kitchen is quite small if you plan to cook something for a bigger company, we somehow did not notice that in the pictures (but thats our mistake) 😄 Host even left us some products for breakfast, that really surprised us, thanks again for amazing time!

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. It is small but very clean & has everything you need. Antonio and the other hosts were extremely friendly & very committed to making us feel comfortable. Right from the start, you sent a list of shopping, as well as restaurants & more. The property is also secured with an electronic gate. You are super connected, have a great view & various shopping opportunities within a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and welcome 😊

Stunning stay and a weekend we will never forget. The most beautiful place. Highly recommend going to the Vinyard nearby!
