The house is very beautiful and well finished. Extremely clean and tidy Very nice view of the mountains and located in a very quiet setting. The fireplace and hot tub were the icing on top. Andrea was very clear and punctual in the directions and was always responsive in times of need. I highly recommend her home and hospitality.

Really very pleasant stay near the city center of Parma! charming old house on a quiet street, located right next to a large public park. 5 minutes walk from the center and a large parking lot, everything was together for a friendly and mindless stay! all this was also facilitated by Adriano's kindness and responsiveness as well as his clear information.

At our arrival we were struck by the beautiful area of the house, which is surrounded by hill views. The appartment was extremely tidy and smelled fresh. The appartment offers plenty of space, the kitchen is sufficient for home-cooked meals. Our little one of 2,5 years old had plenty of space to play around. One of the rooms is perfect for children. The outside terrace was also quite nice. The Parma area is perfectly located if you plan to visit several major cities (most within 2 hours drive) such as Milan, Verona, Bologna and Modena. Would definitely recommend!

Karina's place is very cute, and has all the necessary items (good bedding, air conditioning, kitchen utensils etc.). The environment is very pretty and soothing. I would recommned this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely country home. It’s large, spacious, comfortable and easy to arrive at by car. Our’s was a brief stay to take-in the area’s rich food culture, including a day trip to Parma. By car Parma is easy to reach in about 35 minutes and there are a number of farms in the area where one can see the production and taste the results. Our host Lorenzo is very fast to reply and was very helpful suggesting local sights, places to visit and restaurants to dine in. We found the home perfect for two couples with a wonderful host. We’d definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure to stay with my girlfriend all the time at this magnificent and welcoming place. House equipped, very clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal and well connected to all other cities (Maranello, Sassuolo, Modena and Bologna) with everything you need within walking distance (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, tobacconist and commercial activities). We really appreciated Dante's helpfulness and valuable advice, who was very professional and always available to answer all our questions. Excellent experience that I would be happy to do again... and there will be a chance! It will be our point of reference!

I had stayed at Giuseppe’s Diamond Flat a couple of years ago and didn’t even think to look for another accommodation in Parma. The location is fabulous and the apartment is very comfortable. Giuseppe is a wonderful host and so very responsive! I could not ask for more in the center of Parma

Newly renovated two-story house, all brand new, super clean and tidy. In a quiet and quiet area. Parking space inside the courtyard is very useful. Denis host friendly, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

Great stay in a great, modern and spacious apartment with a great, large terrace on the 5th floor with a view. We liked the apartment very much, was nice and well equipped. There is ample parking and downtown is within walking distance. Vincenzo welcomed us nicely and explained everything. We recommend this apartment 100% and would book again. A special plus is the reading lamp in the living area. Thank you for everything.

Nice place to stay to visit Parma

Francesco welcomed us very well. The apartment matches the description and photos, it is very nice, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Quiet, clean, with all necessities. Close to the center. 3 balconies. Parking. Great!

Paola's home had everything you required for our short stay. There is a small supermarket 300m away, and 2 buses that allowed us to easily get into Parma city. Paola was a great host, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and answered any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to be a short distance to the city.

We stayed at Elena's place at the end of May. The experience was super positive. The area is very quiet and within walking distance of downtown and many activities. Elena was super kind to let us find something fresh to drink and coffee in the fridge. Check-in was super flexible giving us the opportunity to enter when we wanted to (although in the end due to delays due to our trip we still entered the scheduled time). What can I say? I'll definitely be back so I can unplug a little from the daily routine

We had a lovely stay at Giulia’s home. The property was as described, comfortable, clean, well equipped and close (within walking distance) of markets and many restaurants. Giulia is a kind and gracious host with many helpful recommendations and suggestions. We look forward to a future stay!

Assunta and Ivan's place is very special. You built this house for two from wood, straw and clay, really impressive. It is very quiet and generous, I recovered very well there. There is no internet and no TV, which I found very pleasant. The two are super friendly and helpful, but discreet. I was allowed to come to her son's pizzeria, the best pizza I've eaten in decades. We also went to yoga together. I am very happy to recommend the place. You usually need a car.

Mariafiore embodies all of the characteristics that I would use to describe what an ideal airbnb host is like. She communicates proactively and kindly, she is knowledgeable about the town, and she has done a great job setting up a space that we were able to live, work (remotely), and explore for a week. For any stay, the biggest unknown I think is not necessarily the amenities, because the pictures will provide at least some clue. But I'd offer instead that this listing's host made this experience stand out as one of the very best we've had. We're looking forward to coming back to Reggio in future trips to Italy.
