Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Ravenna

We had a pleasant stay at Teresa's ☺️ The apartment is conveniently located, a few meters from the promenade and the waterfront, and about 1/2 hour walk to the beautiful little port and all its restaurants. All amenities are there, the bedding is good. Teresa is very responsive and even remotely, we found a solution for our somewhat late arrival. There is a concierge and the guards are very nice and discreet. There is a bike rental shop downstairs from the building and a huge parking lot where there is always room; it is paid for most of the time but we were lucky that our parking is free for the time of our vacation. We loved our few days there! Cervia is a seaside town where the living is good and Teresa is very accommodating! We highly recommend it!

Great stay! Andrea was super helpful and responsive. Had great restaurant recommendations for us. La Taverna located right next to the AirBnB was our favorite spot, great pizza and wine.

Very nice place and quiet area. Bikes in the garage that were very handy. Easy access to the beach, there’s a few restaurant near by. Plus only 30mins walk to the main town which had plenty of restaurants and cafes. Would come back and stay again.

Very friendly and helpful host. The house is in a very convenient location and easy to access the beach. The large balcony was very much appreciated, a space to relax in.

The apartment is very well cared for, exactly as described. Communication was great. We were here in the fall, and the area doesn't offer many activities, especially at night. Definitely much better in the summer. In non-vacental times, I think it's more convenient to stay in Ravenn

Marco greeted us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of fabulous oil! We were impressed by the excellent basic assortment of the house: detergents for cleaning the house and for the washing machine, coffee, salt, oil, breakfast cookies... products that are usually not included, in addition to the fresh water in the refrigerator... these are the details that make a difference! We had a great time, comfortable services and sea, many tips provided by Marco on restaurants and shops in the area and of course as a great plus the parking space. We recommend Marco's apartment and hope to come back again next year!

We had a wonderful time staying with Alda and Raymond. Marina Romea is a very relaxed vacation spot. Perfect for families and for relaxing. The apartment is excellently equipped, kitchen and bathrooms completely refurbished. Absolutely recommended.

My fiancé & I traveled to Cervia for holiday and felt right at home in Davide’s rental. The kitchen was well equipped to cook as we desired and the privacy shutters were quite pleasant to keep light out if we wanted. Being close to restaurants, the beaches, and shops made going out easy and fun. We loved the simplicity, design & decor inside and would stay again if we decided to return.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were very satisfied and would come back.

I was with my wife and 2 children and 1 baby in the apartment of Valentina. It was very nice super time it was. location is very good. Everything is close to beach ,bakery,shop etc .Apartment was clean nice people live there. Valentina is very helpful. We had a really good time.

Great apartment, in a favorable location for everything, shops, restaurants, beach, station, city center. Spacious, quiet and comfortable, we found it absolutely clean. The owner was precise, kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment is great, there is a bakery nearby, a small shop, an ice cream shop, and the beach is really a few minutes walk away.
