Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the terrace and garden! The parking space inside the courtyard is priceless. The neighbors are a little noisy, or maybe the walls are thin, but apart from some strange noises in the evening, they didn't bother us. There is no wifi, my son would have appreciated it, but it is clearly indicated in the description that it is not available, so absolutely no problem!

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

We loved staying at Angiola's place. She was warm and welcoming, and she had stocked the kitchen with all sorts of great food. We did a day trip to Bobbio, which was beautiful. Would happily stay again.

Warm welcome in an intimate cottage in the tranquility of nature a few kilometers from Pietre Perduca and Parcellaria. Splendid views. Silence, woods and hills. Clean and comfortable rooms, heated by a magnificent pellet fireplace. Rustic and tasteful furnishings. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Graziano was an extremely helpful and flexible host, allowing me to get in early and out of the apartment for personal needs. From the first contact, he was very kind, answering my questions in a clear and punctual way, which led me to choose his place instead of others. The apartment matches what was shown in the listing, very nice, quiet, well-furnished and with everything you could need. We found everything that is missing in our industrial cities of the Emilian Po Valley: a natural landscape seen from a hilly area of vineyards, all the Alps sprinkled with snow, sunrises and sunsets, a night sky with many more stars, never seen in the city and a priceless silence. The house is simple, but nothing is missing, there is a living room with a spacious and very welcoming kitchen, with 2 windows overlooking the landscape and a comfortable wood-burning stove, given the autumn period, great in the company of friends including our Golden dog, who we had to leave alone during the day, for 4 days, and Lucia immediately offered to check on her and keep her company. Given the cold period we could not enjoy the outdoors, but we already want to discover these places in the summer.

It was exactly what we needed. Somewhere in the middle of the Emilia, very near to a small town with amenities and shops, and within reach by car of the main cities in the region. And Monica is an excellent host.

Pinuccia's apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy to locate and ample parking space. Really appreciated the breakfast staples and tart that were waiting for us on arrival! Pinuccia was very responsive in the lead up and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Flavia is incredibly friendly, helps with every question and for me it was important that I could work in peace and also have some fun. If you like peace and space then this is an amazing place! My route planner was able to find the street but not the house because it's in the middle of the land on a hill, so off the road. That was first search, but then easy to find. The area is wonderful and good restaurants where you can find it for lunch: Menu Lavoro (3 courses) 12€,- up to €15,-

The host helped us checkin even though it was 11 pm at night. She was extremely proactive and kind . The place was super clean with great comfy beds and temperature regulated. The entire house was spotless and we loved it. The host was kind enough to even keep some yummy cookies and chocolates!!! We loved our stay!

The apartment is excellent. Everything was perfect and the location was unbeatable. I would definitely go back.

We spent six days at the Oni house, the first vacation with our 3 month old. We had a great time. Giorgio and Francesca are welcoming and helpful, the house is cared for and immersed in an oasis of peace. The only drawback is that the kitchen is not very well equipped, but there is still the essentials to cook. Beautiful nearby areas, for easy walks immersed in the woods. We'll be back!

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.
