Waterfront vacation rentals in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

First of all, it must be said that Elisa was very welcoming and helpful. She offered both to pick us up and take us back to the station and when we had problems with noisy neighbors (one night) she intervened immediately. The house, very modern, is equipped with everything that has made us feel like we were at home, it is located in a particularly quiet area of Pesaro and close to the small bay Flaminia (for this reason we definitely recommend it for the summer months). Nearby there are plenty of places to eat, including the unparalleled piadina from Terry.

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Highly recommended ✨

The property is in the heart of one of the most beautiful towns in Italy on the Adriatic Sea. Is bright and cozy, the beach nearby. I recommend this apartment. For family holidays, it's ideal.

Sarah lovingly welcomed us with a young man who can speak good English, showed us where we can park, have recommended us a very very good authentic pizza pasta restaurant I now still rave about the pizza:-) the beach is 5 minutes walk away the city center also 5 minutes walk the location and surroundings are just perfect, the accommodation was just right. However, the shower and bathroom is bad for people over 1.85:-) but everything is doable with a little bending. We will definitely come back when it's high summer. Thank you very much

A well located apartment: on the sea, along the bike path and with the center of Pesaro within walking distance. Clean, well organized and tastefully furnished environments. The outdoor space is pleasant and functional. Friendly host and quick to respond. However, the apartment is suitable for three people (single bed and double bed): there were four of us, but the double sofa bed is uncomfortable.

Alessandro is a considerate and helpful host, and the location is great - between the sea and the old town, with lots of bakeries, restaurants, bars and groceries within a few minutes walk. He provided some liquid refreshment, tasty snacks and all the basics for cooking - we loved our stay.

We had a great time at Partizia's. Spacious and cozy house, 3 minutes walk to the sea, holes from the chaos of downtown but easily accessible. Don't be intimidated by the proximity of the street and train because it is so good that you get used to it quickly!

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

I got to meet two amazing people, absolutely sympathetic both, so nice and they picked me up and the train station, they are soooo helpful, probably one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. Thank you, grazie di cuore per tutto. I will surely come back. :)

Villa Wilma is a beautiful place with a truly stunning sea view. The recently renovated apartment is very cozy and is complete with all amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The sea is right in front, divided only by the railway on which numerous trains pass (even at night). You have to be ready for their sometimes a little noisy passage. It didn't bother me personally. Vehicle access to the "courtyard" is not suitable for all vehicles (due to the width of the passage). I've only been there once, and it was very difficult. I then preferred to leave the car on the street about 150 meters from the house. Marino is a really friendly host, nice and always available! An experience I recommend.

We stayed 5 days in Lucia's apartment. The location is extraordinary, just a short walk to the beach. In a few minutes you can reach the historic center of Fano, very nice and full of very nice bars and shops. Lucia is a perfect host: kind, accurate, responsive to every request. We had never been to Pesaro before but wanted a few days on the coast after visiting Firenze. We had a wonderful stay with Paola. The home was in excellent condition and had everything you need for your stay regardless of what the weather is doing. Paola gave us some great local recommendations - Gibas and Botanic were standouts. Lots of space to enjoy when you are in the apartment, lovely sunny deck at the front of the property. Very quiet at night so it was easy to get a good nights sleep after a busy day touring the area. Can recommend the Maggiore car rental agency by the station. Can't wait to return to Pesaro and spend more time in Paolas lovely home.

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!

The apartment was sparkling clean, all as described. Very nicely open and spacious. We've traveled in Italy for a few weeks and slept in a comfortable bed for a long time. Unfortunately, you can hear the train extremely in the bedroom, which disturbs a quiet sleep in the comfortable bed. The apartment is over two floors, on the lower floor it is very quiet, you can't hear the train there. The beach was just around the corner. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space to the apartment. If the parking spaces in the street in front of the house are occupied, you have to find a parking space somewhere and if you are unlucky, walk a long way. We also thought it was great that we always got back to you super quickly if you had any questions. All in all, we were very satisfied.
