The house is amazing and Mauro was extremely helpful and flexible. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and spacious, divided in to two different apartments. It easily accommodated 7 adults and a baby. The pool area is quiet with beautiful views around the area. There's a nice BBQ-place as well. There was plenty of kitchen equipment so we could easily host a BBQ dinner for 12 people. The house is in a short walking distance from the village and only 15 minute drive from a big supermarket. If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, this is the place to be. Magnificent views, large garden area with private vegetable garden for self-harvesting and great pool. The accommodation fully corresponds to the descriptions and pictures in the listing, is tastefully decorated and we immediately felt comfortable.

This beautiful Italian farm house is out in the country, among the vineyards, with beautiful views. Absolutely peaceful. I can imagine that in the summer time the outdoor tables and grill are well utilized. A really fun place for gathering with friends. Lots of room to spread out, to cook, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The old home is charming. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. We had a lovely stay at the house. Amazing views, authentic shops and lovely restaurants in the neighbouring town. The pool was really refreshing. Ornella and Matteo were always ready to give us helpful information and tips.

Great stay in a beautiful place.

We spent 3 really nice days in Villa Arzilla. The accommodation was clean, tidy and cared for in every detail, equipped with everything you need to feel right at home: well-equipped kitchen, clean linens, functional and comfortable spaces. The garden was a great added value: large, fenced, well maintained and perfect for the child to play safely and for our dog to run freely. The house made us feel comfortable right away and Arianna's welcome was impeccable. We highly recommend this villa to families, couples or anyone traveling with pets: it's rare to find a place that's so well organized and pet-friendly. We hope to be back soon!

The house was clean and as described. Everything needed for a great stay was in place. Parking in the courtyard was good and felt safe when we had motocrosshojar with us. Giada the landlord was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Thank you for nice days at the house.

The accommodation is historic and very characteristic, it is also located in the center of the town in a great location. Luisa was an excellent Host and breakfast was also very good. The only downside was the shower was broken and not working during my stay.

The property is very nice and our dog appreciated the garden. The area is secluded and quiet, but not too much to not be able to reach the comforts. The owner is very kind and helpful.

We stayed here to visit someone in Pavia. Antonio's stay is well cared for and well located for Pavia and Milan. 40min south drive and you feel like a landscape like Tuscany. The mattresses and sleeping pillows were wonderful! Normally I have to use my own sleeping pillow and that was not necessary here. Antonio is very friendly and helpful. Responds quickly. The house has a lot of cutlery and cooking equipment, sufficient space, clean and clean, extra blankets for colder periods and good fly screens for mosquitoes. The region itself around Pavia is personally less well cared for and more expensive restaurants compared to even more northern regions in Italy. Other alternatives near the same value for money were not to be found.

We arrived and found Gabriele who explained everything about the house and its surroundings. We stayed 8 days in the middle of summer where the pool made the stay very pleasant, especially for our 14 and 16 year old daughters, and the huge "garden" allowed our dog (German shepherd) to run around happily. The barbecue is easy to use. The house stays cool at night, the beds are comfortable and the bed linens and towels available are of good quality. There is both a coffee maker with capsules and a coffee maker with ground coffee available (which we used). We had a great time and recommend it to those who want to find, in simplicity, some peace and serenity,

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the apartment for you. Splendid view; we were lucky enough to stay during the period of the shooting stars and we saw many: from the terrace you can admire a splendid starry sky. The private parking space is also convenient.
