Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Monza and Brianza

Truly like being at home, with an extra gear, a serious and present Host, at any time you needed you respond right away. A house totally remodeled recently , super comfortable, highly recommended. A few steps away is the station where you can reach Milan or Como, and from Como, Switzerland is practically the same... well connected with trains, visited Locarno and Lugano. I personally and publicly thank the Host for a small damage that I did when leaving which they did not want to be refunded, however I'm a debt, so we'll see you soon. Thanks again!!!

The owner is very polite and of impeccable availability, the house is a very well cared for and hyper clean little favor, the area is excellent and a few minutes from everything, a very quiet and reserved area, the house has every necessary service and the host made me find everything, from detergents to towels, including coffee. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Our stay was very good. Lorenzo is very friendly and he answers very quickly, that is for sure a bonus. The apartment was very well located and very clean. It is exactly as in the photos, modern and cozy. We had a very small problem and Lorenzo and Monica solved that in a very nice way. It is close to the train station, just 3 minutes walking or less and it is a very quiet and calm area. We loved our stay, and we really recommend this place.

I absolutely loved staying at this accomodation. It also has a cool concept with healing crystals which I think amplified the good energy of the house. I came very tired after a work event and sleep deprivated and I really managed to relax and sleep perfect the whole week. Spacious, high ceiling and super responsive hosts. I can’t wait to return, really 🤍

Full apartment, very comfortable, very nice. Double bathroom, one with a large shower and one with a hot tub. Kitchen complete with everything you need, comfortable bed and functional furniture. Large TV complete with netflix and more. The room is underground, so the night is very quiet and you can sleep well. Too bad only for the lack of parking outside the context, especially for loading and unloading luggage. A large parking lot to leave the car is a minute's walk away. Very helpful host, responds quickly and always very kind and correct. Highly recommended.

Apartment spacious, clean and very bright. Very good heating and hot water. The kitchen has enough appliances and dishes to be able to have breakfast or eat. Great wardrobe. Excellent location, next to Argonne metro to get to the Duomo in 15 minutes. Cafeteria by the entrance and supermarket and nearby restaurants. Communication with Luca was very prompt and his information was very helpful. Fernando informed us and helped us quickly during our stay.

Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

We loved our stay at Numero 6! The photos, the design, and the views sold us, and they did not disappoint when we arrived. A beautiful mix of historical charm and modern amenities. The rooftop terrace was a showstopper with its gorgeous views of the lake. Plus Paul was an excellent host! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Paul’s recommendations for the area were spot-on and made our visit even more memorable. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel like friends, not just guests. We can’t recommend staying here enough and would happily return in the future!

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

Great location - direct line to the Duomo and train over Como 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Perfectly equipped with everything you need. It's a good idea to add that there's even a washer dryer. Very comfortable bed. In the kitchen spices, coffee, tea. Very clean and you can feel at home. The host responded to all messages very quickly and asked if everything was ok or we didn't need anything. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

We had everything we asked for: there is a supermarket under the house so come back convenient. In addition, everything can be reached on foot, also in the center , convenient location, very nice house, available with everything, we had a really good time.

I rented Matteo's house for a week, as a support during the renovation of my home. The highlights of the house are definitely the parking, the direct entrance from the street, the self-checkin, the underfloor heating and the brightness from lunchtime onwards. Matteo was extremely flexible with check-in/checkout times, meeting my every need.

I stayed for a month. I had a great time. The spaces are very spacious and you can also feel great for two. Inside there are all the comforts imaginable. You can reach Milan by bus and metro (Comasina). In 40 minutes you are centrally located. It may seem far away but honestly without a car it's a great timing. Veronica is always kind and helpful. The area is well cared for and safe. As well as the home.

We very much like the atmosphere, comfortable, spacious, quiet, all very clean and nice. All very well thought out, with items available, even things for kids and games. Is a few minutes by car from the center of Como, for us it was quiet. Even had complimentary cookies =) Polite and kind hostess. We would definitely stay again.
