The house was amazing, the host very responsive and incredibly kind. I highly recommend it, it was magical! Also, when we arrived the cabinets were full of blankets, towels and all the necessities, a bunch of soaps of all kinds that smell super good, and the kitchen table full of delicious local specialties. And a bottle of champagne and wine, all for free. It was more the view, it was breathtaking.

Perfect, cozy, modern furnished house in a quiet area, but centrally located from e.g. cities such as Florence, Milan, Pisa or the beautiful villages of Cinquetrerre, Lerici and Portefino with natural sea kayaks there. Plenty of public sand beach spots 5 km from the house. Recommended the spicy hiking trail from Riomaggiore to Portevenere over 15 km with beautiful vistas and then take the boat back to Riomaggiore. Adèlaide is a perfect host and responds quickly and adequately to questions and information for any activities in the area. For our family with all a length of around 1.90m she even put an extra large bed. Chappeau. Highly recommended.

This place is a true gem. The host’s are outstanding, responsive, and are full of helpful knowledge. They made our stay so enjoyable we were sad to leave. Can’t give this place enough stars. Off the beaten path so you can experience peace and quiet then a quick 25 min car ride to a train station, the cinque terre, or outlet mall.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this house for 3 days. The house is exactly as described and as seen in the photo. Equipped with all comforts, the ideal space for those who need relaxation and rest, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very good cleanliness, essential machine to move around. Great attention to detail, such as the bottle of wine offered and some face masks.

We can really recommend this host. We were a party of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. We had two apartments adjacent to each other and had plenty of space. Lower floor has a very beautiful garden and very nice and cozy patio with private pool. Nice terrace upstairs. The house is located in a residential area in very beautiful surroundings but a bit from restaurants and shops so car is recommended. By car it is close to several nice beaches, La Specia which is a good starting point to Cinque Terre and Pisa. We were first to rent for the season and the pool was brand new so some issues at the beginning but which the host resolved quickly. When our oven broke, we got a new one the next day. The kitchen equipment was a bit lacking and could use an upgrade but was adequate. Great with ability to barbecue outside. We had a lot of contact with the host Fabrizia and her father who was very helpful and gave us great tips on restaurants and local sights and even helped us with reservations.

The ideal place to unplug in search of some tranquility and relaxation. A place we recommend and where we will definitely be back!

Piero and Martina have been amazing hosts. The house was simply amazing, the location and the view outstanding. We had a really great stay at their place.

The house is very large and beautiful. It was spotless! The location of the house is incredibly peaceful and tranquil. It's situated on a hill, but the very kind owners offered to pick us up and dropped us off from and to the Aulla Lunigiana train station, which is just a couple of minutes away by car. This station is only one stop away from La Spezia train station, where you can transfer to go to Cinque Terre! They even helped us going to the nearby supermarket :) The owners left us an Italian cake and Italian sparkling wine! Very thoughtful of them. We felt very welcome with their great kindness and warm hospitality. Everything we needed, they brought it to us immediately and assisted us. The owners were very attentive to anything we needed and we really felt very well cared for. The hot jacuzzi was definitely a wonderful and relaxing advantage. We 100% recommend this house and will definitely return!💖 Thank you so much for everything.

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

We had a wonderful 3-week stay at Luca's place. The house, surrounded by nature at the foot of the Apuan Alps, is very comfortable and very well-equipped and decorated, the garden is beautiful, it is very quiet and the nights are cool which is an asset in the middle of the summer! The location is ideal for discovering Northern Tuscany. The house is also located 20min from Forte dei Marmi a great seaside resort with beautiful beaches. And above all, go eat at Michelangelo's, in Azzano, next to the house, everything is delicious! In short, you can go to Luca's without a second thought.

Very nice house. Great outdoor area, nice pool, very quiet. Friendly host. Wifi a little slow and weak coverage outside, but worked fine.

We had a wonderful stay at Simone's place. He was an attentive host and had even bought in some breakfast items so we would have something to eat first thing in the morning. The view is stunning and the house is set up a steep hill, so it is possible to see for miles across the pretty bay and to the mountains beyond. The house comfortably sleeps eight. We hired the building to celebrate my son's 30th birthday with immediate family and it was ideal for that. There are many things to do in and around La Spezia and there were some lovely restaurants in the town.

Fabulous villa!! Great for those who want to spend a romantic and stress-free weekend🥰!! Our little jack russel was also a very welcome guest, obama🐶 who was able to indulge in a large private garden and on a large balcony on the second floor. The house is well cleaned and organized and has everything you need👌🏻. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is located in a fairly quiet area outside the city🏙️. Giovanni was very friendly, always active and provided us with all the information we needed!! We will definitely be back with great pleasure!! Thank you very much, unique experience❤️.
