Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of L'Aquila

Very charming and very comfortable villa. We had the essentials to have a great family vacation. The many terraces, the enclosed garden, the jacuzzi have contributed to our well-being. The well decorated and spacious rooms offered us good nights. The kitchen is very practical. It may be missing an oven and toaster. The village is quiet and charming. The small, well-stocked grocery store and small cafe are just a 5-min walk away. The village's location is optimal for visiting the region (Les Abruzzo) and enjoying swimming in the Adriatic. A big thank you to Liliana and her spouse for their kindness and availability. We recommend it.

Emanuele's villa gave me and my friends a perfect New Year's Eve. We were greeted with kindness and care, the apartments were clean, well equipped and spacious. It was nice to feel “at home”, we plan to come back as soon as possible!

We had a great time at Alessandra and Alessandro's house in Calascio. The house is cozy, the small kitchen has everything you need to prepare a breakfast or a simple meal. Alessandro was very helpful and ready to give us great tips about the area. But for us, what remains priceless was waking up in the silence of the village of Calascio with the snowy mountains in front of us.

This is the second time we have been guests of Emanuele (and, if it takes, it will not be the last) and I think this is enough to make us understand how well we had. The accommodation is perfect and has everything you could need, it is in a strategic position to reach a number of places to visit absolutely and Emanuele is of a rare kindness.

We had a great time, Francesca and Sestina were very helpful and courteous. The house is cozy, clean, tidy and has two balconies that we have used a lot. We leave it with regret.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is ideal and the house is very spacious and had all conveniences that we needed. We also appreciated that the hosts were very friendly and responsive in communicating and helping to resolve small issues. Thank you 🌞

we stayed at Simonetta's place the week of August. The place is spacious, tastefully furnished, and well stocked with everything. The garden is lovely and very nice to dine at you. Walking distance to the beach, various restaurants and the supermarket To Simonetta, a special thank you for your thoughtful and attentive welcome, like a family person!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Nine friends who hadn't been seen for years who were able to enjoy the short time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the very beginning. Francesca, the host, kind and available. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be serene and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We stayed in 8 and a newborn for a weekend. The house is very nice and spacious, allowing everyone to have their own spaces. Kitchen equipped with every accessory and large common spaces. Suitable place if you are traveling with family or friends. The host was always available and ready to respond to our requests. The only downside is the hair dryer in the bathrooms are very small and dated. Otherwise everything is perfect!
