Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of L'Aquila

This is the second time we have been guests of Emanuele (and, if it takes, it will not be the last) and I think this is enough to make us understand how well we had. The accommodation is perfect and has everything you could need, it is in a strategic position to reach a number of places to visit absolutely and Emanuele is of a rare kindness.

We had a great time, Francesca and Sestina were very helpful and courteous. The house is cozy, clean, tidy and has two balconies that we have used a lot. We leave it with regret.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is ideal and the house is very spacious and had all conveniences that we needed. We also appreciated that the hosts were very friendly and responsive in communicating and helping to resolve small issues. Thank you 🌞

We had a fantastic stay at Casale Mariella. Located several minutes drive from the village of Bellegra, the house is located in an extremely quiet location with wonderful views over olive groves and forests. The garden is fully enclosed which is great for our dog (although there were several cats about which kept him busy!!). The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly and kind, providing an excellent spread of homemade food for our arrival. The house was really comfortable and warm (though the fire place was out of action when we visited). Within a half hours drive there are many places to visit though having your own car is essential. Overall we had a great stay in this beautiful part of Lazio and would certainly like to go back again soon!

Raffaella was always very helpful, even upon our arrival, welcoming us. Always very attentive to answer our questions. Perfect cleanliness, very good house location for those who wanted to visit the coast but also Gran Sasso. The terrace of the house is fantastic, the view from there is truly incredible. When Raffaella left, did he also prepare us a farewell breakfast, or Goodbye? :) absolutely recommended. Thank you very much Raffaella. Jacopo and Gianluca

we stayed at Simonetta's place the week of August. The place is spacious, tastefully furnished, and well stocked with everything. The garden is lovely and very nice to dine at you. Walking distance to the beach, various restaurants and the supermarket To Simonetta, a special thank you for your thoughtful and attentive welcome, like a family person!

The house is exactly between the sea and the mountains, the view from the terraces is very suggestive. The apartments are new, such as furnishings and dishes, the garden is equipped to spend excellent evenings in company. Last but not least, the owners' great availability.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

I celebrated my birthday at this wonderful villa with my boyfriend and friends, and we couldn't have asked for more! The green spaces of the villa are cared for with great attention, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The living room is very bright, with large windows that allow you to enjoy the view of the pool and the garden. The pool is simply gorgeous, with night lights that make the environment magical and perfect for an evening dip. We had a great time and this villa made my birthday truly unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in a charming and well-equipped place.
