We loved staying at Vania's apartment in Montepulciano. It was one of the best we have stayed in. Vania met us and showed us to the apartment and provided helpful information regarding parking. We managed to get free parking in a carpark close by. Everything was as described. Great location on the main street and not far up from the entrance to the town. The apartment is on the ground level which was very welcome after staying at other apartments with lots of stairs. We found the apartment to be very spacious, clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Really beautiful place and beautiful surroundings. All communication went smoothly. Very clear instructions and descriptions sf amenities. The host will be in touch with you a few dsge before arrival and check in was super easy.

Very peaceful and secluded yet close enough to several great restaurants. we particularly enjoyed eating at Picio Matto in Roccastrada. We had lots of space and privacy. Everything was as expected and Brunella was very helpful and available whenever we needed something. The bed was quite firm the mattress and pillows could use updating. We used the shared washer which worked very well but then we needed an indoor place to hang clothes and there was no drying rack, only an outdoor clothes line that we couldn't use due to rain. We improvised with a few hangers from the closet but it was challenging. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. It seemed like a great value for the price.

One of the most beautiful places we've ever had. We were looking for something distinctive, family, Tuscan... it came true! Stefano and his loved ones are very friendly and helpful. They only speak Italian, but we could still communicate with the help of a translator, even if I don't speak a word of Italian. The space was clean and well-maintained, including a garden around, a children's playground, and a pool. A small playground is under big trees, so my kids could play at any time of day and were hidden from the hot sun. The pool was cleaned every day, nice sun loungers and umbrellas by it. Garden gorgeous, cared for. We didn't miss anything in the house, towels, sheets for the beds, toilet paper, and small soap, dish soap, and dish towels. I recommend buying wine glasses and cereal bowls with milk in the kitchen. During our stay, we were a little angry in the kitchen, ants who are actually at home in this beautiful countryside. Stefano immediately bought the bait for the ants. Stefano produces its own olive oil and wine. You can't leave without it, there's nothing better I've ever had! A wonderful vacation to remember for a long time!

We were warmly welcomed by Gianfranco right from the start. He let us into the place and showed us around and explained everything. He also gave us recommendations for activities on his own initiative and also gave us a large map and books. The place is lovely, fresh flowers were ready for us and the feeling is absolutely authentic Italian. The balcony is the highlight with breathtaking views of olive trees, vines and the surrounding area. We will definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back any time 🥰

It was a pleasure to stay here, aesthetic interior, spectacular view, we had breakfast on the terrace in October! A lovely stroll into town for aperitivo. Antonio kindly offered to do the bins if we couldn't understand the system, but we managed it fine and cleaned up after ourselves. We'd recommend Panoramic Nest to anyone

This place is carefully designed to the smallest detail, from the furniture to the speakers. The building is a historic one in a central location near restaurants and places to eat but quiet nonetheless. Guendalina is a great host, extremely communicative and welcoming. The one slight drawback is the house runs a little warm as is to be expected from a top floor apartment, though there is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Recommended for stays in Orbetello and environs!

Apartment in a quiet location, very clean and well-kept. The kitchen is well equipped, I also found the minipimer and containers to store food in the fridge! We really appreciated the presence of the air conditioning, given the excessive heat of the past few days, but we were unable to use the balcony where the outdoor unit that heats it is arranged. An oven, convenience store (closed on Sundays) is a bar, and tobacconist are nearby. The beaches of Cala Galera and Feniglia are close and can be reached in a short time by car. Mrs. Susanna was very available to arrange check-in and check-out times. We had a beautiful but short vacation. Thanks.

I had the most amazing stay in Montepulciano. The apartment was lovely - a 5 minute walk from the centre of the town, and a great view over the valley. I had everything I needed in the apartment and, although it was small, it was cosy and a perfect space to relax. The host was lovely, and helped me with any confusion I had. La Selvolina is a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, but also the lovely pool. The house is nice, the kitchen very complete. Everything is available for a wonderful stay. If you have any questions, there was always a quick and very friendly response, which we experienced as very pleasant and welcome. La Selvolina is a wonderfully quiet place, about a 30 minute walk (up the mountain) or 5 minutes by car to Roccastrada. If you're lucky, you could see deer in the garden and hear the owls at night. It is advisable to have an SUV because the road is not paved.

An outdoor terrace is equipped with a large table covered with a yellow tablecloth and several white chairs. An umbrella provides shade, and a barbecue grill is positioned nearby. Green foliage can be seen along the perimeter, enhancing the serene environment.
