The accommodation has everything you need. Crib, kitchen equipment, kettle, and and and and.. it was perfectly equipped and also very clean and nicely furnished. Marco was always available and took great care of it. Thanks a lot!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Lezzeno. The location was ideal—situated right on Lake Como, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the serene beauty each morning was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was spotless, clearly recently remodeled with high-quality materials, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was cozy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the incredible views. Our host, Emi, was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. She also surprised us with an amazing gift basket, which made us feel even more welcome! The apartment is conveniently located close to the bus stop and and ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Lake Como. We can’t wait to stay again!

The vegetable garden is ideally located right on the lake front, with amazingggg views and very pretty surroundings both in and outside the home/garden. We loved Lierna, a peaceful village away from all the tourists but in close proximity to everything you’d need. Highly recommend sisters cafe ( get the pancakes!) right opposite as well as La Piazza bar in the square close by. Thank you Maurizia & family for your kindness and a comfortable stay!

A Christmas 🎄 to remember. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with us. We had the best time. Great things to see in the area and small local restaurants hit the spot. The home was as described, very well kept and clean. We loved watching the ducks and the amazing sun rises. We will definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in the lake.

The location is absolutely amazing. Beautiful views from the house and the yard, we could scarcely believe it when we arrived. The house is small but perfect. Very comfortable and clean. There is a walk from the parking spot to the house, but it’s worth the trek and is truly part of the charm. Walking straight from the yard to the beach and a walk around the lake was the perfect start to each day. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Thank you Andrea for a wonderful vacation.

All I can say is what an incredible airbnb!! Mattia was responsive, kind and went out of their way to ensure I had the best possible stay - even with a flexible check out. The place is easy to find and close to the bus stop which was handy. It’s harder to get around if you don’t have a car and the buses come every hour; but if you plan well it’s not an issue! The view was breathtaking and I wish I never left - it’s better than the photos! Don’t hesitate to book this airbnb. Mattia thank you for such a beautiful few days!

Amazing views even on a cloudy day! Very close to Menaggio where you can take a ferry boat to other beautiful gems of lake Como. We also took a ride up the hill where from we enjoyed a beautiful hike to the top. The apartment itself was very cozy and comfortable. Sitting on the terrace or with doors opened while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine from the local shop, felt better than in any restaurant, although the restaurants nearby were also very good. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Friendly and responsive host. Especially liked the extra little things, like additional towels for swimming, and extra adapters for charging devices. Would be happy to come back.

We had a great time in Collico in Maria Teresa's place, not far from all amenities, with pool residence, nicely flowered, and views of the lake and mountains. Everything is very satisfactory, the cleanliness, the location, the hospitality. Only small downside. We missed a 2nd bedroom for our son and a little noise in the evening due to the proximity to a bar.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

We had an amazing stay in Claudio and Nicole’s apartment. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the Lake was only a few feet away. We highly recommend the nearby restaurant, La Breva. Nicole was great, and gave us multiple recommendations in the local area.

Great property - just a short walk into Bellagio centre (buy the pass and walk through the garden). Loved the pool - perfect as the weather was really hot. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

There is so much to boast about Andreas place and it still Would not do it justice. Andreas place was just as described and as the pictures show. The place is pristine and I cannot put into words the view that greets you, just insanely beautiful. Andrea provides clear instructions, recommendations on what to see and do, which I would suggest you follow as so many beautiful places within the recommendations and definitely worth the visit. Andrea is an attentive host answering all your questions and ensuring your stay is positive. Andrea’s place will not disappoint you, its so peaceful and we are incredibly sad to be leaving today. When arranging Andrea’s recommendation was to hire a car which was great advice and allowed us to explore lake Como to its fullest. We cannot wait to come back and haven't even left Italy yet. Beautiful location with easy access to everything. Only 5-10 minute walk from train. Loved it here and would stay again for longer when possible. Daniele was very helpful and accommodating.

We had a lovely stay in Onno. The Apartment was great, very clean and comfortable. And you have a great view over the lake. Nothing to complain about. We had a great time in this place. The view is stunning and worth the steep route going up the mountain to get in or get out of the property.. Marzia is a great host. She responded to all our questions and provided a guide of restaurants and things to do. I’d recommend people with an interest to stay a lot in the property to come here because of its beauty and its high location.

Beautiful apartment directly on the lake. The terrace on the first floor was amazing. We loved it. Our host was so friendly and welcoming, gave us great tips and advice! Would go back anytime !

This is a fantastic location and directly across the street from the lake. The view is spectacular. The apartment is very large and well layed out. If you go in the winter do note that the heating is not sufficient.
